Hébergé dans une vraie maison de chef — pas une école de cuisine commerciale. Cette expérience est conçue pour se sentir personnelle, pas mise en scène. Vous ne serez pas dans une salle de classe avec des stations individuelles, mais dans une vraie maison où tout se passe ensemble, comme en Italie. Je suis un chef cuisinier de formation avec de l’expérience dans les cuisines professionnelles, et l’accent ici n’est pas seulement de suivre des recettes, mais de comprendre la technique – afin que vous puissiez réellement recréer ce que vous apprenez. Nous travaillons avec des ingrédients soigneusement sélectionnés, nous évitons les raccourcis et nous gardons le groupe restreint pour nous assurer que tout le monde est impliqué. C’est un équilibre entre une cuisine professionnelle et une atmosphère détendue et accueillante – plutôt une cuisine avec un ami qui sait exactement ce qu’il fait.

Rafael was so welcoming and knowledgeable! Sharing his family history and perspective on ingredients elevated this above an ordinary cooking class. The pasta and tiramisu were so good, I am still thinking about them. Rafael also made an effort to connect with each of us personally based on our interests and where we were from. I was traveling solo and felt very welcome in his home and in the group. I highly recommend!
Wonderful evening w Rafael for our family. Hands on, casual, and informative evening learning about Italian cooking techniques and ingredients. We enjoyed some wine, great food, and Rafael's hospitality. He's very knowledgeable, fun, and great to hang out with. Was one of the highlights of our Milan visit. Chef Rafael made our day! We are a close friend/family group of seven. He made us feel at home, had everyone involved and laughing. This experience is a do not miss if you visiting Milan. The way he connected the food with his life experiences~ really made us feel connected. He educated us on everything, right down to eggs! The food we all Cooked together was amazing~ some of the best pasta and tiramisu we have ever had. We are absolutely purchasing a pasta machine when we arrive back in Boston. Chef Rafael also shared his recipes~ so we can recreate the day over again with friends!
