There was no experience.it’s a scam the tickets were not available at site.After asking the staff at the duomo nobody knew about this particular tour.

Unfortunately, presenting the Viator booking voucher at the entrance instead of the official tickets will not allow access, as the Duomo staff only recognize the official admission tickets. We always encourage guests to check their Viator messages before their visit, as they contain the official tickets and all necessary entry instructions.
