It was a phenomenal experience, the people were very friendly, the massage and how they bathed you was amazing and the place is very beautiful, you don't expect something like that in the center of Madrid.

The place is very nice, it does not disappoint but it is expensive for the service they provide. First of all, they should be more careful about the capacity because I think there were too many of us. As I had a gift of peeling plus a 30' massage I was only in the water for 10'. The massages are done on a communal basis. Before there were two stretchers where now there are 4... how things have changed for the worse... anyway, I wouldn't give it away nor will you see me there anymore... it's a shame that such a beautiful place is so poorly managed.

Controlamos nuestro aforo en todo momento para ofrecer una grata experiencia, sentimos que en tu visita no lo hayas percibido de esta manera. Llevamos un control muy exhaustivo del tiempo, la duración total de la experiencia es siempre la misma: 1h 30 minutos (en este tiempo esta incluido el tiempo de masaje, en tu caso 45 minutos). Citamos de forma anticipada (desde 30 minutos antes de la hora del turno) para hacer la entrada y la salida de manera escalonada y de este modo, coincidan al mismo tiempo el mínimo de usuarios en los vestuarios. Por ejemplo; si accede al hammam a las 21:40h, la hora a la que lo abandona será a las 23:10h. De ahí, que la percepción (si tomamos como referencia la hora del turno de referencia 22h) pueda ser la de no haber tenido todo el tiempo(1h 30 minutos) pero realmente si se ha disfrutado el tiempo total. La zona de masaje no ha cambiado, disponemos de dos salas (una de ellas es mas pequeña en la que hay tres camillas) La experiencia en el hammam se desarrolla con otros usuarios. Sentimos que la experiencia en esta ocasión no haya sido de su agrado y esperamos que vuelva y pueda cambiar esta percepción ya que trabajamos cada día para mejorar la experiencia de nuestros usuarios. Así mismo traslado su comentario a nuestro departamento de calidad. Un saludo
