It’s fun, but unfortunately it was overcast. The captain was pretty cool, made us laugh a lot with his experiences!
upppsss. weather can be a challange in the north sometimes. Anyway I happy you like it after all Best reg Kurt Arild
It was a great trip, Peer was a super Skipper, the fish soup was delicious and he did everything to make us feel warm and welcome.
Super thanks for joining us. Hope to see you again Best Kurt A
Arctic Cruise in Noway AS gave me the possibility to have one of the most beautiful evenings/nights I ever had. They chartered a yacht, even though it was just my friend and I who booked the tour (it wasn't tourist season) The skipper was really friendly and explained us everything we wanted to know about Tromsø and the surroundings, the boat, the animals and so on... the trip ended with a little, very delicious surprise :) Everything was on time and even after the trip, the whole crew of Arctic Cruise waited there to greet us. Everyone who thinks about booking a tour, should definitely do it! I'd do it all over again just to have this special view again and to watch the different fish swimming with the boat. I'm so grateful for this event and I really recommend those friendly people! Thanks a lot! Hope to see you soon :)

Thanks for sailing with us:) I am happy you like it, Welcome back Best reg Kurt Arild
We had a company tour to Tromsø and were lucky to be on board of the Arctic Princess. Though it was cloudy and we did not manage to see the sun, the whole trip was so well organised, that we did not even mind the weather. The crew - Thomas and Mikael - was very friendly and hospitable. They were keeping us interested during the whole trip. They took us around islands, told a lot of stories and fed us with tasty fish soup. And we saw the dolphins playing around the boat! We would highly recommend this tour.
Thanks a lot for feedback. I am happy you like our service. Best reg Kurt Arild
This was a lovely trip - we were very lucky to be the only passengers and Jerome took good care of us. He took us round all the islands and showed us all the beautiful scenery. He was there to answer questions but also left us alone to enjoy the scenery. A delicious bowl of fish soup on the way back too was very welcome. The trip was expensive by British standards but well worth the money!
Super thanks for feedback :)
Our host was super hospitable. He made some delicious cod stew, was very informative, and accommodating. He engaged in many conversations with us, and it was just an overall pleasant experience. My suggestion is to book directly through him versis using a 3rd party. This helps out self employed business owners tremendously.
I took a three-hour midnight sun cruise on the catamaran Arctic Princess from 10pm on May 31 to 1am on June 1, and it turned out to be a great experience. I would admit, I was undecided about this trip as it was a backup option for a midnight sun tour that I'd booked with another agency that got cancelled. So, I went to the tourist information to check on confirmed tours that were running that night and was recommended this one. Up until the catamaran started sailing, I was wondering about my decision because the skies had been grey and rainy. But it's Norway and the weather can change. Not only did the skies clear up, likely due to the earlier rain, those of us on this cruise saw some amazing rainbows. The colours were so strong that I was able to capture them on my camera phone (see my pictures attached). As an added service, Arctic Cruise would also later send an e-mail with a link to some pictures taken on a proper camera by the skipper/guide. The skipper Tomáš Richter was very professional, making sure to brief us about safety on board, and it was clear that he was passionate about what he did, sharing with us some knowledge about sailing. The cruise included snacks and a tasty soup. Quite coincidentally, the passengers on board that night were all vegetarian so Tomáš cooked up a vegetarian broth for us but I understand that fish soup would have been the usual menu for those without dietary requirements. Even if you don't see the midnight sun in its full glory, which is dependent on weather conditions and cloud coverage, the surroundings would still be very beautiful. I've attached a few other photos as examples. Overall, I found it a relaxing experience and worth the splurge.
