I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the treatment my family and I received at Magic Kingdom on December 23, 2025. On that date, my family traveled from San Francisco, CA; Antioch, CA; and Oklahoma City, OK. Our group included over 16 family members, many of whom were first-time visitors to Walt Disney World. We were looking forward to experiencing what Disney advertises as “the happiest and most magical place on earth.” Upon arrival, we went through security, including additional screening of my sister due to her medications. At no point during security where we informed that stroller/wagons were not permitted in the park. After boarding the ferry and arriving at ticket scanning, we were told our stroller/wagon was not allowed. We explained that our stroller/wagon is a Radio Flyer Compass Kid & Cargo Stroll ’N Wagon, which functions as both a stroller and wagon and includes an umbrella and seat restraints for children. A Cast Member advised us that we could proceed to Guest Relations, where they would ask questions regarding the need for the wagon. At Guest Relations, we were assisted by a Cast Member named Lindsey, working at the last window between approximately 1:00–2:00 PM. We explained that: • We have two autistic two-year-old children who rely on familiar equipment for sensory regulation and safety. The wagon is a familiar and calming tool for our autistic children and helps prevent meltdowns. • My sister is disabled, uses a cane/walker, and requires the wagon to transport her medical supplies, food and drinks related to her diabetes, and mobility aids. Despite this explanation, Lindsey stated she needed to “visibly see” the children. After we brought the children over, while my sister had to sit and rest, Lindsey then offered us a standard double stroller instead which had no space to accommodate our twin children with restraints, three medical bags, my sister’s cane, and other mobility aids. We end up having to purchase two more strollers to accommodate all the bags and needs. Lindsey insisted the stroller would accommodate us, which was incorrect. When questioned about why she needed to see the children and whether she was making a judgment based on appearance, her demeanor became condescending. She rolled her eyes, spoke rudely, and repeatedly dismissed our concerns. When I asked for a supervisor, she initially stated none were available. As a manager for the City and County of San Francisco, I know there is always a reporting supervisor. Eventually, one was contacted. While this discussion was occurring, a white family exited the park using the exact same wagon we had. There were no visible disabilities apparent. Additionally, I later spoke with another guest using the same wagon, who confirmed that Guest Relations allowed her entry after she stated disability-related needs. I have photos and video documenting this. Based on these experiences, I believe Lindsey engaged in discriminatory treatment based on race and disability, selectively enforcing policy and dismissing legitimate accommodation needs. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. We were also treated rudely by staff at the Encanto (Mirabel) meet-and-greet, and my sister was physically pushed by a Cast Member named Tammy. The overall treatment was disrespectful, unprofessional, and deeply upsetting. I personally spent over $6,000 on this trip, with $220 per ticket for 14 guests, not including additional spending on food and merchandise. This was some of our first visit to Walt Disney World, and based on this experience, I have no desire to return. This experience was extremely disappointing and contradicts Disney’s commitment to inclusion and accessibility. What should have been a magical experience for our family—especially for our disabled and autistic loved ones—was instead distressing and humiliating. Please consider this letter a formal complaint against Magic Kingdom and Cast Member Lindsey. I am requesting that someone contact me by phone or email to address this matter. I visited on my own and then family joined me in the evening. It is very much for the small children however I am a big kid and it was my first and maybe last visit (from England) therefore I wanted to see it all. Even with the crowds it was such a vibrant, happy, memorable place and I loved watching other people experience it. Wherever you walk there is set going on. I saw Mary poppins by the piano with the famous music. Pure magic. The day and evening parade is spectacular and the fireworks I have no words for. Bliss and 100% somewhere you have to go at least once in your lifetime….young or old 😍🎇🏰 Oh we had a short visit a few days earlier…..the weather changes so quickly and we got to see a true storm. So much so we were soaked to the skin and went home. I can’t describe the rain it was like the shower had been turned on never seen rain or thunder like it. And it rains all the time in England but not like this.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is truly one of the most magical experiences at Walt Disney World! It’s everything you love about Disney mixed with the fun and wonder of Halloween. From the moment you walk in, the park feels extra special — the decorations, the music, and the costumes all add to the magic. We had an amazing family night! The parades were incredible, the fireworks were breathtaking, and the character meet-and-greets were so much fun. Everyone — kids, teens, and adults — will find something to love. It’s such a unique way to experience Magic Kingdom after dark, and Disney really goes all out. Between the trick-or-treating, entertainment, and atmosphere, it’s worth every penny. We can’t wait to go back again — this one is a must-do for any Disney fan! 🎃💫🐭

The exclusive fireworks show, Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, lights up the sky with Mickey, Minnie, and friends in Halloween costumes. Lines for rides are shorter, and the park glows with pumpkin-lit charm — it’s a must-do fall event for Disney fans of all ages.

After the hype around this despite the inflated cost we decided to give it a try. I was extremely disappointed as we were led to believe that the number of people in the park would be limited. The crowd levels felt like a normal day that we experienced during our trip. The trick or treat candy stops had long queues and in the end we decided it wasn't worth the wait. We were really looking forward to the themed parade and admittedly it wasn't Disney's fault that it rained earlier in the day but we did not get to experience the headless horseman which was one of the main reasons we opted to attend. The experience and interaction of the parade was very dependant upon where you were viewing it from. The fireworks also were a disappointment as we were advised that we would have a good view wherever we were. Not true. In my opinion it is not worth the extra cost for the experience.

Had an amazing time, the parades are my favorite part of MNSSHP. Some of the rides are themed for Halloween. Highly reccommend the Parties

Ah-Mazing experience! No wait times, everything was streamlined; food, rides, entering and exiting the park. The Boo to You parade, Fireworks and the Sanderson Sisters show was perfectly Not So Scary! Cast members were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, super friendly.

Wonderful experience. Granddaughter was so excited to be there. Jack Skellington and Sally meet was a hit! Highly recommend.

The park is amazing, but a large park of staff working in the park needs to improve a lot, the magic they forgot at home! Some are stupid in negotiating with people...
