Lors de cette journée complète de visite de la vallée sacrée, vous visiterez des constructions impressionnantes de villes telles que Pisac et Ollantaytambo, qui travaillent toujours leurs fontaines d'eau provenant des rivières des montagnes. La visite de la vallée sacrée vous emmènera dans les villages locaux, et rencontrera les gens locaux avec leurs costumes traditionnels qui ajouteront une expérience inoubliable à votre voyage.

Votre voyage commence à 8h00 avec une prise en charge à votre hôtel de Cusco. Nous monterons à travers les montagnes, en passant devant l’emblématique Saqsaywaman, avant de redescendre de 450 mètres jusqu’à la charmante Vallée Sacrée. Ici, la rivière sacrée Urubamba serpente à travers des paysages pittoresques, nous conduisant au charmant village de Pisac. Notre premier arrêt est le marché traditionnel animé de Pisac, un havre de paix d'art local et de souvenirs colorés - parfait pour trouver un souvenir spécial. Après environ 30 minutes, nous monterons vers le site archéologique de Pisac, perché majestueusement au-dessus de la vallée. Explorez ces ruines fascinantes avec une visite guidée, découvrant d'anciennes structures incas, des autels cérémoniels, des sculptures complexes et la célèbre pierre d'Intihuatana. La vue imprenable sur la vallée ci-dessous est inoubliable. Passez environ 90 minutes ici, ou optez pour profiter de plus de temps au marché et rejoindre le groupe plus tard. Préparez-vous à un mélange inoubliable de culture, d'histoire et de paysages époustouflants!
Après une balade en voiture panoramique, nous nous arrêterons dans la charmante ville d’Urubamba pour une pause déjeuner (environ 45 minutes, déjeuner non inclus), entourée par la superbe toile de fond de la Vallée Sacrée. Ensuite, nous nous rendrons à Ollantaytambo, ancienne propriété royale du grand empereur inca Pachacuti. Cette ancienne ville est un chef-d'œuvre d'ingénierie et de design inca, mêlant merveilles cérémonielles, agricoles et architecturales. Pendant notre exploration d'une heure, émerveillez-vous devant l'impressionnant Temple du Soleil, où des pierres colossales ont été impeccablement sculptées et ajustées par d'habiles tailleurs de pierre incas. Promenez-vous sur des terrasses agricoles ingénieusement conçues pour créer des microclimats, et découvrez des fontaines et des canaux d'eau en pierre complexes qui mettent en valeur l'ingéniosité de l'hydro-ingénierie inca. Ollantaytambo n'est pas seulement un site historique, c'est un témoignage vivant de l'éclat de la civilisation inca et un endroit qui vous laissera en admiration.
Notre dernière étape nous mène au village enchanteur de Chinchero, où l'histoire et la culture s'animent. Ici, nous passerons une trentaine de minutes à explorer l’envoûtante esplanade principale, qui abrite un mur de pierre inca massif orné de dix niches trapézoïdales parfaitement ouvragées. Le point culminant est la belle église coloniale de Chinchero, construite au début du 17ème siècle au sommet des vestiges d'un ancien palais inca. À l'intérieur, les murs fleurissent avec des motifs floraux et religieux complexes, une fusion étonnante de l'art andin et espagnol. En déambulant à travers Chinchero, vous remarquerez également ses traditions vibrantes. Les habitants portent fièrement des vêtements colorés qui reflètent un mélange unique d'influences autochtones et espagnoles. Tout cela est encadré par une vue imprenable sur les sommets enneigés de Chicón et Veronica, faisant de Chinchero une finale inoubliable de notre voyage à travers la Vallée Sacrée. Enfin, il sera temps de retourner à Cusco, où nous vous déposerons à votre hôtel

Cusco and Machu Pichu were great. The highlight was definitely Machu Pichu!! Absolutely would like to go again. Our tour guide Claudio Andia was so good.
