La façade majestueuse de la Casa Casuarina, qui fut autrefois la demeure de l'icône de la mode Gianni Versace, cache un passé effrayant. Certains disent que l'esprit de Versace perdure, aux côtés des échos des nombreuses histoires dont cette somptueuse demeure a été le témoin.
L'hôtel Betsy, au design classique, est un symbole d'élégance, mais aussi d'inexpliqué. Les clients ont rapporté des bruits étranges et le sentiment d'être observés, comme si l'histoire de l'hôtel refusait de rester enfouie.
Cette charmante rue de style méditerranéen peut sembler pittoresque, mais ne vous y trompez pas. La nuit, les esprits de ses anciens habitants sortent pour errer, ajoutant une touche fantomatique à son atmosphère autrement animée.
Autrefois refuge pour les jeunes esprits, cette école porte aujourd'hui le poids de ses propres histoires de fantômes. Des pas résonnent dans les couloirs vides et des rires faibles se font entendre lorsque la cour de récréation est déserte.
Le Mac’s Club Deuce est l’un des plus anciens bars de Miami, et il a une histoire à raconter. Les clients et le personnel ont tous ressenti une présence froide, surtout au fond, où le passé est peut-être encore présent.

I was picking between horroland or this ghost tour and I chose this. It was very nice to walk in south beach and learn all the scary and sad stories. James our guide was amazing so knowledgeable you can tell he knows the city and respect the spirits. Definitely doing another in another city.

My tour guide was very entertaining. Unfortunately we got caught in a torrential rain downpour, but didn't let that ruin the tour. Lots of great stories shared

Alexander did an excellent job. He had superb subject knowledge. It was not like ghost tours that I have had in the past but I still enjoyed it.

Perhaps not a lot to work with. All outside, stopping outside some hotels, a school and a bar. The guide was mechanical and did not interact with patrons. The architecture was cool and the street scene fun.

Not a good experience at all. First, the ticket gives two different meeting locations. The cost would be fair if we would have gotten any actual value. The tour lasted about an hour. It was very hard to hear the guide. He spoke very fast and was not easily understandable. I understand South Beach is noisy. But, there was no place to actually hear him. He told us how we had to keep up and only cross streets when he said to. We could not keep up. He sprinted the whole time and would start talking before everyone was there. We had 4 in our group and the other group had 3. There is no reason not to wait for 7 people to gather. The other 3 people paid for the extended tour. They ditched us before the first part was even over. The tour consisted of nothing but a recitation of a few historical facts. Nothing very informative and not really much to do with the ghosts and spirits. This tour needs some serious improvement. I absolutely feel ripped off and would never use this company again and i certainly can’t recommend it.
