It was very good both the experience and the pickup. Mohammed was who accompanied us and he was very correct and kind.
It was an awesome experience. The driver Sherif, picked us up at the hotel, brought us to the ship, and then picked us up and brought us back. The cruise was nice, best food I've had in Cairo doing the tourist destinations. Ship had a funny smell but wasn't unbearable. Biggest thing to know is that no drinks are included in the price, not even water. But overall the shows, food and the view were definitely worth it.
Sherif was very helpful and very kind.He speaks very good English!We chaged our destination the last minute and he was willing to take us without hesitation!!I woud definitely reccomend him!!!

Everything was beautifully arranged, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. It was honestly one of the highlights of our trip and one of the best experiences we have ever had. He is an exceptional driver, but above all, an incredibly kind and courteous person who genuinely wants to help and make sure you have the best experience. I liked the guidance from sherif. The food on the cruise was delicious and I was able to see the dance.
The boat ride was smooth, you barely noticed it's actually moving. Food variety and taste was average... Drinks and alcohol are not included. If you choose to order please check your bill or request the menu for pricing as "additions" seem to more common than accidental...Overall a good experience.
