Great excursion, safe and as advertised, our Driver Dave was the best
All super chevere, passed by us even before the set time, very delicious food and very nice activities
Our cruise ship changed the departure time, but fortunately we were able to contact the tour guide ahead of time and they were able to accommodate us. The tour was great. We were able to see a few sites and relax at the beach! The guide had water, Gatorade and beer for us during the entire trip. The food at the beach was good, the open bar was great. The staff was excellent!
Ricardo our guide was awesome. He took us to see around the city and the Stone Island. Well organized and lots of people involved that make our experience enjoyable. Thanks Ricardo and David Maciel
Poorly organized. Resort they took us to was not great. Food service and quality were poor. Definitely would not do again.
We really enjoyed the beach experience and activities like boogue boarding. The tour provided easy transport to and from the cruise port.
Ivan Hernandez was the best guide we have encountered on our travels. He was with us during every phase of our tour. His knowledge of the area was that of a native Mazatlan resident. We really appreciated his jokes and demeanor. He is what we hope for every time we take a guided tour. A+ Ivan the Excellent.
The tour through town and the boat to the "all inclusive" was good. The problem was when we got to the place on the beach there weren't enough loungers or shade. We waited around 35 to 40 minutes before we got a lounge chair and an umbrella. Drinks were only included if you got them yourself and not from a waiter. The food was just OK and it didn't have to many choices for lunch. FYI, food is not unlimited. What really bothered us was if we hadn't put our foot down firmly they wouldn't have found lounge chairs and an umbrella. We would have been stuck at tables which wasn't the relaxing day at the beach we were looking for.
Hello Janette, thank you for your review and the time you took for it. we are trying to get the most loungers that we can, but sometimes they are not enough. we have 2 different tours, the one that you did included a 90 minutes sightseeing in Mazatlán before going to the island, our other option is going straight to the island. on you particular date, we had close to 8,500 passengers combine from 2 ships docked, this is why loungers where taken by passengers showing up earlier to the island. the area designated for cruise ship passengers has a bar just for ship passengers that is no longer than 30 ft. away from the farthest table, waiters provide the service of drinks to tables when they do not have an open bar included, but when you do, you have to get your drinks by yourself. Food is not unlimited, only alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks are unlimited. About the loungers, you dont need to put your foot down firmly to get them, if other clients are using them, we wont be able to provide them to you, you will get them when someone leaves them empty, as we said before, we try to have more and more, but sometimes they are not enough, but we always have enough tables and chair at the beach close to the water to enjoy tour day.
Accurate excursion description. Very well organized. Easy to meet guide at cruise terminal. Various staff made it a good experience particularly with street vendors approaching every where we went.
Our Guide Louis was a kind and wonderful guide. He took great care of my family of 10. The Cathedral was so beautiful. We wish only that it was pointed out when we were in old town and where to shop during the city tour apart from street vendors with the same items. Shopping at the cruise terminal was really nice and relaxing. Otherwise the beach was amazing, the drinks strong and the food tasty. We ordered extra tacos out of pocket as they were not an included menu item. Everyone was so accommodating and we each had a blast riding horses and boogie boarding in the righteous waves. Well worth every penny!
