Les chutes Tamarin, aussi appelées les Sept Cascades, sont un ensemble de sept cascades situées au sud-ouest de l'île. Nous vous proposons de découvrir la courte boucle dont vous pouvez voir 4 cascades. En parcourant ce terrain pittoresque, vous assisterez à de superbes cascades en cascade sur des falaises luxuriantes, entourées de forêts tropicales qui brossent un tableau de sérénité et d'émerveillement naturel. Un des points forts de cette aventure est la possibilité de visiter une grotte secrète cachée, une expérience palpitante qui vous mène à la troisième cascade. I booked a guided hike of the Seven Cascades through Thomson Adventures, and the experience was exceptional. Mauritius is one of the most beautiful places in the world for hiking and exploring, but the dangers of its magnificent terrain should never be underestimated. Dan and Rajesh were incredible. They guided my family safely throughout the hike and even assisted other visitors who had, rather unwisely, attempted the route without a guide. Their knowledge, professionalism and calm manner made us feel completely safe and allowed us to fully enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. I would not hesitate to book with them again and hope to use Dan in the future to hike Le Morne and Black River Gorges. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
This hike to the 7 waterfalls is a must-do. It’s beautiful, but the hike isn’t without its dangers, especially when it’s raining or has rained. At one stop, you can even enjoy a natural fish foot spa. It’s really lovely. So go on this hike—it’s worth it.
Despite the rain, Dan was able to make this experience enjoyable. We did the little loop, and we loved it. Thank you Dan for your support and professionalism.
We had wonderful time with Dan. Hiking without him would be impossible, he helped my 11 year son, taught him how he can become a better hiker, gave confidence to all of us. I cannot recommend him enough. This hike is not easy with a good guide, and Dan has made this hike one of the best days in our lives.
The trek to the waterfalls was hard going but very worthwhile. Our guide Priska was excellent. She took great care of us.
We met Dan by chance while we were lost trying to find the starting point to do the 7 cascades route. He selflessly bring our attention to indicate how to reach the starting point (we were 1 km far). We started a chat with him and he told us he had an adventure company but he was on his day off, as i asked him to be our guide. I had a good feeling with him, indeed, we had met another guide with a client and this person didnt want to help us, we dont to pick him as guide but Dan crossed out in our paths. I can tell that our experience was much better than expected. He can do the route with his eyes closed. I cant recommend any other person than Dan. If i got again to Mauritius, i Will contact him for sure. Your spanish Friends!

We hiked to the 7 Waterfalls site supervised by Priska from Thomson Adventures who showed great kindness to us and great professionalism. She knew how to listen to us and look after us because we had clearly specified our low maintained sports state for our young age of 50 😜 . Thanks to her, it was an experience, certainly sporting , but Magic in such a resourceful setting 🥰 Fortunately there are guides to avoid dangers. Thank you very much to Priska for fulfilling our dream ❤️
A very nice experience shared with people of extraordinary kindness. We made the loop "medium", which gave us access to more than beautiful landscapes 🥰. Thanks to Prisca, Dan and Bryan for this great hike, their advice, explanations and patience 😅🥰! An activity that certainly has some cost but is definitely worth it! PS: The lift will take some effort 😅😂
