Rejoignez-nous dans le nord du pays dans notre belle ferme Hali’imaile pour découvrir de première main un champ / une opération d'ananas en activité. Vous découvrirez le cycle de croissance et les techniques de culture, en goûtant les étapes au fur et à mesure que vous les apprenez. Mieux encore, vous obtenez un ANANAS GRATUIT à chaque visite! C'est vraiment une visite amusante et délicieuse pour tous les âges!

Informations importantes
- Convient à toutes les conditions physiques
- Les invités doivent être capables de monter et descendre des 3 marches du mini-car, debout pendant 20 minutes à la fois.
- Il y a aussi une courte portion où vous marchez à travers l’usine d’emballage, qui est un terrain plat.
- Il n'y a pas d'espace supplémentaire dans le bus pour ranger les marchettes/fauteuils roulants.
- Âge minimum de 3 ans pour tous les enfants. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé aux parties qui arrivent avec des enfants de moins de 3 ans.
- Portez des chaussures à bout fermé et des couches légères. Apportez de la crème solaire et du spray anti-insectes car c'est une visite en plein air.

We enjoyed our excursion to the pineapple farm. Our guide was excellent adding humor to our interesting information. We were taken out into the fields showing all stages of pineapple growth. Also had a tasting of a freshly cut pineapple. There is a lovely gift shop with products everything pineapple. The bonus to our excursion was a free pineapple properly packed for our flight home.
Pineapple was amazing. You can take some home!! The operation is done by not many farmers clinging to an older way of life
Was in the area so I tried to switch my reservation to a day earlier (more than 24 hours in advance). They refused unless I paid a 15% fee on top of the already exorbitant price. I watched the tour go out with plenty of space. There was no reason we could not join an open tour. The next day, they cancelled the tour by text message 40 min before the start time due to supposedly bad weather and road conditions. I was 15 min away and the skies were blue. When I asked why the tour was cancelled they said storms had passed through and just ended. When I asked why more notice was not provided, they claimed the amount of their notice depended on weather and number of people to be contacted. Horrible customer service all around.
What a great way to start off our trip to Hawaii!! We so enjoyed the entire experience - from seeing how they float the pineapples to see if they are good, to hear about the history of pineapples on the island, to go out into the fields . . . . and then to sample a couple of pineapples right from the field! Our guide did an outstanding job explaining everything to us! We went home after the tour with five pineapples . . . . so we had to head to the ABC Store to buy a knife to cut the pineapples in the hotel. My only recommendation would be to do this tour early in your stay - so you can get all of your pineapples eaten and don't have to take them on the airplane as a personal item :-)
Lots of fun to learn about the various stages of growing pineapples. Tasting was great and so were the pineapples you received at the end of the tour
We took our family to the Maui Gold Pineapple Plantation and it was SO much more than we expected. Now I understand why pineapple is so expensive. The labor it takes to prepare, plant and harvest each pineapple is incredible. We learned a lot and our guide was great. A wonderful learning experience and a pineapple to take home!
So much fun! Learned a lot about growing and farming pineapples. The van was a little warm in the back. Jesse responded and offered cold water to all.
This is a great tour. Very informative on the history of pineapple in Hawaii as well as the Maui Gold Plantation as well. Rudy our tour guide was one of the original owners and he was awesome! Very mobility friendly and comfortable shuttle van. Limited walking. We would definitely recommend!
This tour exceeded my expectations! We boarded a white mini bus with A/C, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable, made sure we were comfortable at all times. We drive around the farm, got out a couple of times, then got to taste the Maui golden pineapple! It was out of this world! They are truly passionate about the science of planting, monitoring it, checking sugar content and acidity levels, and having such an amazing fruit be harvested at the end of the process! The store was very awesome with so many gifts for all tastes. 100% recommend it!
Excellent experience! Family of 4 with kids 10/11yrs. Jesse was a great tour guide and took a small bus out into the pineapple farm fields and explained the history of the small town and buildings. You learn so much about how they plant/harvest all of the pineapples by hand and the different tastes they have. Cutting into the pineapples in the field and tasting on the spot to make experience different flavors was the best. Do yourself a favor and check out this place.
