From start to finish we giggled and enjoyed Alexandra’s fun enthusiastic wine & cheese tour. The wine & cheese pairing were sensational & inspired us to try different wines. After Alexandras guidance on how to decider taste and enjoy wines - we now now have an enhanced insight on how to truly enjoy wine & complement it with gorgeous cheeses. Wow! This experience was incredible. Not knowing a lot about wines, I was hesitant but this was by far the best wine experience. Energetic and knowledgeable. Let’s not forget the cozy wine cave which was so beautifully done. Oh .. the cheese!

What a incredible experience. This was an educational tour of France and it's wine and cheeses. Alexandria was so passionate about the wines and cheeses that you really felt the excitement of exploring the different regions. This was not a quick sip wine tasting. They were good size pours and enough of each cheese to savor them separately and then together. We are wine lovers and real enjoyed this class. We are not experts but with this class we are getting better.

Yes! It was so much fun but also very informative as to how to asses wine color, how to smell the wine two different was, and tasting the wine. These people really know how to share their knowledge on wines and tastings.
