Pickup area from port is a little confusing (in front of large glass building past security exit). Massage was great and people are very friendly.

Everything was great except they were 20 minutes late for pick up but that could have been from a mixup with a last minute appointment change. Also, it would be nice if the facial had a warm element to it. Maybe something as simple as a warm towel. Xochilt was a phenomenal therapist! I would highly recommend!!

Pick up was smooth! A little jaunt ro just outside the port gates. We had a party of 8 so they came in 2 vans and our driver was warm and friendly as she pointed things out around town for us. We did a couples massage and Ceci and Xotchil were both REALLY good. When I port in Ensenada again, I will definitely rebook!

I was traveling solo and arrived at the meeting spot about 10 minutes early. Three minutes after the scheduled meeting time, I messaged to confirm that I was in the correct location. I was told, “Yep, your chauffeur is there.” However, I couldn’t see anyone. I let them know that I didn’t see the chauffeur, and after waiting another 15 minutes, I messaged again to say she still hadn’t arrived. I ultimately waited until 12:25 to call Viator for assistance. At around 12:30, the chauffeur finally met me at the meeting spot, and we then walked about four minutes to the van. Unfortunately, this was not a great way to start the experience. Being alone in a foreign country and standing on a street corner waiting for a driver who I had been told was already there was stressful and uncomfortable. Better communication and clearer instructions for identifying the chauffeur would have made a big difference. That said, once the experience actually got started, the massage itself was great. The massage was relaxing and enjoyable, and I’m glad I went through with the experience. Hopefully, the transportation and communication issues can be improved because the actual service was very good.

We did a 90 minute Couples Massage. Excellent in every way. My husband was experiencing some back pain. The masseuse worked the knots out and he’s feeling much better. We both left feeling like wet noodles - in a good way! Relaxing and therapeutic. They picked us up near our cruise ship at the pre arranged meeting spot. Great experience, highly recommended.

Velaria was amazing! I enjoyed the most tension relief massage ever. Highly recommend the wonderful darling that picked us up at the cruise gate took us to the best seafood restaurant until it was time for our session. Everything flowed amazingly. Check them out

The massage therapists were skillful and attentive. And the driver Cynthia is very friendly, helpful and informative.

It was very convenient to get the optional pick up at the port. We enjoyed the massages, everything was professional and well done. This will be our new go-to when we port in Ensenada!
