Abdul was our guide, taking us deep into the souks, imparting historical and cultural insight along the way. There were winding corridors, with merchants selling a huge variety of goods - metalware, fabric, jewellery, ceramics. We visited the bakery, a wood artisan, and a fabric dying workshop, with the artisans explaining their process. We also visited a pharmacy selling teas, oils and creams - useful loo stop too. The tour took about 2½ hours, and Abdul guided us through the labyrinth, ensuring he didn't lose anyone on the way! A great morning. Thank you.
It’s lovely to hear that you had such a great morning with Abdul! We’re delighted you enjoyed discovering the winding souks, local artisans, and the history and culture behind the different crafts. We’re especially glad Abdul kept everyone together and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with him! Best regards. Marrakech Guided Experience. Mohamed.

Ali was our guide for the tour and he was immensely helpful as well as extremely knowledgeable. We had a brilliant walk/tour and would definitely recommend. I’m so grateful that we did not visit the attractions without him as we would not know the history and the different dynasties which made up Marrakech!! Big Thank You Ali!!!

Our tour was in the morning and very hot. I cant think how an afternoon tour would be like. Remember to take water and a fan. We enjoyed the two and a half hour tour but found it tiring as no stops for refreshment. I would like to have more time for browsing the shops/ stalls. Our tour guide was great and very knowledgable.
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the tour and appreciated your guide’s knowledge and expertise. We completely understand that the heat can make a morning tour tiring, especially during the warmer months. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding refreshment breaks and having more time to browse the shops and stalls. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve the experience for future guests. We’re happy that you still enjoyed discovering the souks of Marrakech with us, and we hope to welcome you back again! 🇲🇦 Best regards. Marrakech Guided Experience. Mohamed.
Oussama guided us through the Medina souks of Marrakesh on our first day as we had heard that it could be quite overwhelming. He was very knowledgeable and gave us an inside to the history and tradition . We chose the private guided tour as there were a few sights we wanted to see and a couple of things to purchase which you would not have been able to do as a group. We had a great 3 hours with oussama ,seeing many craftsmen at their work and conversing with them. We were given a recommendation for lunch which was an absolutely fabulous meal. He also advised on how to find your way out of the Medina souks if you get a bit disorientated. A great tour thankyou.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review! 😊 We’re delighted to hear that Oussama made your first experience in the Medina relaxed, enjoyable, and informative. It’s wonderful to know that you appreciated his knowledge of the history and traditions, as well as the opportunity to discover local craftsmen and their work at your own pace. We’re also glad that his tips for navigating the souks and his lunch recommendation added to your experience! We truly appreciate your kind words and are happy that you enjoyed your private souks adventure in Marrakech. We hope to welcome you back again soon! 🇲🇦✨ Best regards. Marrakech Guided Experience. Mohamed.
Mo showed us all around the central souks with information about each area. It was good to be taken off the beaten track into the artisan areas. We enjoyed hot sand coffee, and made a few purchases encouraged by Mo to haggle. It was a good start to our Marrakech holiday. The following day we bumped into him with a group of 6 in Le Secret Jardin (do go!). I had hired him just for myself & my daughter.
Thank you so much for your lovely review! 😊 We’re delighted to hear that Mo gave you and your daughter such a great start to your Marrakech holiday. It’s wonderful that you enjoyed discovering the artisan areas, getting off the beaten track, and experiencing the lively atmosphere of the central souks. We’re also happy you enjoyed the traditional coffee and had some fun with the Moroccan art of haggling! And what a lovely coincidence to meet Mo again the following day at Le Jardin Secret. 🌿 Thank you for choosing our private Marrakech souks experience and for your kind recommendation. We hope you and your daughter have many more wonderful memories from Morocco! 🇲🇦✨ Best regards. Marrakech Guided Experience. Mohamed.
