Je vous indiquerai la mosquée depuis la place , et vous donnerai son histoire. après, vous êtes libre de visiter les environs de la mosquée lorsque vous êtes libre. Comme vous n'êtes pas autorisé à entrer dans les mosquées.
Nous parlerons et discuterons de l'histoire de la place principale de Marrakech.
Nous allons nous arrêter dans le quartier juif , et thats pour vous donner l'histoire des juifs au Maroc. Aussi le quartier juif remonte au XVIe siècle.
un lieu du début de l'histoire du 19ème siècle. fut occupée par le visir du roi Bahmad, et par les français lors de la colonisation 1912-1956.
Souks signifie les marchés, dans cette visite nous découvrirons différentes sections du marché chacune avec sa spécialité (section cuir, section bois, sections teinturiers, coopératives de tapis)
Nous allons traverser la section forgeron où les forgerons fabriquent différentes lampes artisanales , décorations , portes , fenêtre . Et c'est aussi une chance pour vous de voir comment notre propre artisan fonctionne.
Nous traverserons la section cuir où l'artisan fabrique des sandales de maroquinerie , des vestes , des poufs , des ceintures et des sacs .

very well done tour of the city, Bahia Palace and the souks. There is a lot of competition with this service and Abdel was a perfect fit for us. The group was small and he kept us moving and shared lots of information. Great way to be introduced to Marrakech

Abdel was incredibly informative and gave us a very insightful tour of the old town, we learnt so much around its history and the Morrocan culture. My favourite part of the tour has to be the visit to the herbal shop! We also had a bit of a shopping list to get through around the markets and Abdel helped us out with the bartering side of things and where to find what we were looking for. Would highly recommend this tour at the start of your holiday so you’re able to navigate the old town easier. Thank you Abdel!

The tour changed route due to the heat. But it also then got a lot shorter.
Thank you for your feedback , We offered you two versions of this tour from the beginning: the original itinerary and our summer itinerary. During the summer months, we intentionally use a different route to avoid extreme heat, prolonged exposure to the sun, and areas that become uncomfortable or even unsafe during the hottest part of the day. This change is made for our guests’ comfort and safety, not to reduce the experience. Our tours are designed around the quality of the experience rather than the number of hours. If the main expectation is simply to maximize the duration of the tour, then this experience may not be the right fit. We prefer to be transparent about that before booking.
Abdul was an extremely knowledgable host. Very considerate and really knew his stuff. I went with my 16-year old (who isn’t a fan of tours) but even he said how helpful it was to take the tour so we could experience places we NEVER would have thought to visit. I would definitely recommend this tour. It’s all a bit daunting without it!

Abdel was very friendly and accommodating. We had our 16 month old child with us, so naturally she was getting fussy in the Marrakech heat. Abdel was very conscious of that, and kept the pace slow with walking breaks to help us enjoy the tour more. In the slower pace, he still kept the tour interesting for the other guests by sharing facts/tidbits on local buildings/architecture. He also helped us negotiate with shopkeepers & let us know where to get food from after. Highly recommend this tour!

This was a fabulous tour. Abdel was extremely knowledgeable both about what we were seeing and wider Moroccan history and culture. He took us to amazing spots - many we may have missed on our own, including the lovely secret garden. Really liked the small size of the group - we were 5 in total - as we all got to ask questions and engage. I'd strongly recommend going on the morning tour as the souk is a bit quieter.
