Un bref historique de Bangkok de 1782 à nos jours. Il convient à une personne qui aime connaître les antécédents de Bangkok. La piste commence au célèbre temple de Bouddha "Wat Pho" Passez du temps à vous promener pour voir le grand Bouddha couché après cette promenade pour visiter le Grand Palais. Connu sous le nom de Wat Pho « le temple du Bouddha couché ». Il était associé au roi Rama Ier qui a reconstruit le complexe du temple sur un site antérieur. (Frais d'entrée 300 THB/pax)
l'un des lieux les plus populaires de Bangkok a été construit en 1782 sous le règne du roi Chulalongkorn (Rama V). En 1925, le roi, la famille royale et le gouvernement n'étaient plus installés de manière permanente au palais et avaient déménagé dans d'autres résidences. Après l'abolition de la monarchie absolue en 1932, toutes les agences gouvernementales ont complètement quitté le palais (frais d'entrée 500 THB/pax)

We had an amazing experience with our guide, Joker! Well worth the price as Joker answered all of our many questions, and we learned a lot about Buddhist customs, Thai royal history and Bangkok itself. Joker took many high quality pictures and videos of us to remember our tour by, an excellent surprise that wouldn't be possible on a group tour. It was a very safe atmosphere, not too crowded on a Monday, but vibrant. It was a 4 hr tour but Joker extended the tour so that we wouldn't miss anything, and he guided us took us to our subway train! Book your tour, ask for Joker!

Elena did a wonderful job showing me the temples of Bangkok and enthusiastically telling me the history of her country. I signed up for a group tour but I was the only one on the tour, so it ended up being a private tour! I appreciated Elena introducing me to different street food, taking me on a tuk tuk and walking me to the subway station at the end to help me navigate my way back to my hotel.
