La tournée gastronomique originale des tapas de Marbella — la première du genre, en cours depuis 2018, et toujours la tournée gastronomique la plus commentée de la ville. Pendant 3 heures, votre Guide local vous emmène dans les ruelles blanchies à la chaux de la vieille ville jusqu'à trois tavernes traditionnelles que les guides manquent — les endroits où les habitants mangent réellement. Goûtez à l'Ensaladilla Rusa prix au plus vieux bar à tapas de Marbella, au jambon ibérique sculpté à la main avec Payoyo, le fromage le plus récompensé d'Espagne, à la pêche fraîche du jour et au thon de Cadix salé, avec un vin andalou différent à chaque arrêt. Entre deux bouchées, découvrez la place Orange, les places cachées et les sculptures Dalí en bronze, et les histoires qui se cachent derrière. Petits groupes. De la vraie bouffe. Itinéraire
Nous nous réunissons sur la place Orange de Marbella, au XVe siècle, près de la fontaine à côté de la petite chapelle Ermita de Santiago. Votre Guide local met en scène l'histoire de la vieille ville — la Casa del Corregidor et la mairie qui nous entoure — avant le début de la dégustation.
Descendez l'une des voies les plus étroites de la vieille ville jusqu'à l'un des plus anciens bars à tapas de Marbella, déversant depuis les années 1950. Premier verre de cava à la main, nous dégustons l'Ensaladilla Rusa prix et des croquetas maison au poulet et au jambon.
Une confortable taberna familiale nichée dans une ruelle juste à côté d'Orange Square. Nous sculptons à la main du jambon ibérique de bellota et le servons à côté du Payoyo – le fromage le plus récompensé d'Espagne, élaboré dans la Sierra de Cadix à partir du lait de la chèvre indigène de payoya – et nous lavons le tout avec un verdejo croustillant et frais. Deux saveurs de montagne, en devenir depuis des siècles, dans une seule assiette.
Une promenade douce à travers les jardins carrelés de l'Alameda jusqu'à l'Avenida del Mar, bordée de dix sculptures en bronze Salvador Dali. Le temps des photos et des histoires derrière l'art en plein air de Marbella avant l'arrêt final.
Notre dernière étape est une bodega traditionnelle de style Jerez, tout en bois foncé et jambons suspendus. Nous terminons la soirée avec un verre de rouge, de mojama de atun — thon rouge salé de la côte de Cadix — et de gambas al pil-pil grésillant d’ail.
Nous nous promenons à nouveau dans les ruelles blanchies à la chaux — après l'Iglesia de la Encarnacion et les vestiges des anciens murs arabes — jusqu'à la place Orange où nous avons commencé, avec les conseils personnels du Guide pour le reste de votre séjour.

Christian was a great tour guide. He was very personable, honest as well as a bit quirky, in a good way! The restaurant choices on the tour gave us a little taste of many different types of Tapas. For the price, it was well worth it as we had three stops along the way with Tapas and a drink at each location. He did a great job finding places that seemed more for locals than for tourists. The company made it easy to communicate from start to finish. I would recommend to everyone.
This was a great and informative tour where all the food stops were out of the way local haunts with real food and good wine.

The tapas tour with our guide, Michel, was awesome! Every restaurant we stopped at had delicious tapas paired with cava/wine. Along the walking route, Michel told us about some of the history of Marbella and the surrounding region, and also shared some fun urban legends. Would highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful tour with lots of food! We enjoyed the guide and the information provided as we walked around the town. We stopped at three restaurants and had several different dishes to try at all of them. There was a glass of Cava at the first stop, white wine at the second, and red wine at the third. We were originally scheduled a different night and they contacted us that we were the only ones on that tour and offered to do the tour or allow us to change nights if we preferred to be with a group. We chose to change nights and were happy to be given that opportunity. I asked if I could get the suggested restaurant guide that was mentioned we would get at the end of the tour early, as moving our tour meant it was on our last night in Marbella, but they did not respond to that request. Otherwise all was wonderful and we enjoyed the guide, the food, and our fellow travelers!

Super fun. There were only two of us and we were offered the tour, by chance, entirely in our own language. Learned everything, discussed, explained and seen a lot. Visited small bars that you normally are would walk past. The food is different tapas than you would expect and or would have been served in the Netherlands, with the necessary explanations. That's what makes it interesting. Friendly tour operator, neat English. I'd say do it! And enjoy your meal.

Thought I'd try and get a taste for Marbella by joining this tour. What a fab way to see the town and eat some local food. The guide had loads of knowledge and I definitely recommend this to anyone else wanting to see the sites and eat great tapas. Thank you for a great experience
