Nos guides sont certifiés Advanced Master Naturalists et originaires du sud de la Floride qui pagaient la plupart de leur vie et des visites guidées depuis plus de 15 ans. Nous sommes passionnés par l’éducation et la protection des beaux écosystèmes de Floride. Nos groupes sont petits, généralement 10 invités ou moins, offrant une expérience personnelle. Les petits groupes augmentent également les chances d'observer une variété d'animaux sauvages de plus près. Une fois que vous réservez, un membre de notre personnel vous contactera pour planifier la visite.

Notre voyage commence par une brève instruction et un briefing sur la sécurité alors que nous nous préparons à faire du kayak sur des sentiers de mangrove immaculés. Nous commencerons notre pagaie dans une crique calme et isolée, ce qui permettra une pratique suffisante avant de partir. Parcourez les tunnels de mangroves sinueux et observez les oiseaux indigènes et autres animaux sauvages, y compris de nombreuses espèces menacées, dans leur habitat naturel. Les conditions dans cette région sont généralement calmes et procurent une expérience agréable. Une fois votre réservation effectuée, nous vous contacterons et répondrons à toutes vos questions.

This was a master class in the flora and fauna of this part of Florida. Our guide was very informative and engaging with our tons of questions about the plants, birds etc in this area. It's so great to learn of the history of this park and how the ocean ecosystem interacts with it all. If you want to be outside, get some exercise and do a deep dive on local waterline, this is the tour for you.

When I booked this Salty Souls trip, I was looking for something unobtrusive (kayaks not big boats) and informative. This trip was more remarkable than I had realized because 1. Ariana is an amazing naturalist guide willing to impart a wealth of knowledge about the special nature of this place and 2. The tour location is a county park that excludes motorcraft and is in an area unaffected by the engineering feats that have wrecked the filtering work of the mangrove ecosystem—things I didn’t know when I booked. Our small group got to paddle through the peace and wonder of this mangrove habitat, an amazing opportunity, and Ariana helped us spot plants and wildlife I would have missed. She took great pictures, too, which she shared with us—so we weren’t in danger of losing our phones forever if we dropped them in the murk! The tour helped me, a first-time visitor to Florida, appreciate the uniqueness of this special part of the country.

Such a fun experience with our five year old. We saw so many sea creatures that Ariana went out of her way to find and tell us about! Beautiful day and such a fun learning experience! Highly recommend! Ariana is so knowledgeable, was so great with our daughter, and also sent us a bunch of pictures at the end of the day. We will be back!
