Faire Msemen et Harcha Amlou et Thé avec une famille locale à Rabat

Ce n'est pas seulement un cours de cuisine, c'est une matinée sur le toit de notre famille au cœur de la Médina, où des générations de tradition amazighe s'animent grâce à la nourriture. Tu malaxeras Msemen et Harcha aux côtés de ma mère, apprenant les plis et les flips qu'elle perfectionne depuis son enfance. Mon père partagera ses secrets de thé pendant que vous préparerez et verserez du thé à la menthe ensemble. Ensuite, vous broyerez votre propre Amlou en utilisant un broyeur de famille de + 120 ans, le même que celui utilisé par ma grand-mère. Ce qui rend cette expérience spéciale, ce n'est pas seulement ce que vous faites, c'est où vous la faites, avec qui vous la faites, et les histoires partagées en cours de route. Le temps que nous nous asseyions pour déguster du pain frais avec Amlou, du miel orange, du fromage Jben et des olives, vous n'êtes plus un invité. vous êtes de la famille.

Fantastic experience, low threshold and huge child friendly. Lots of laughter and delicious food. No fixed program and absolutely no time is being looked at. Anouar and his mother are very nice and welcoming. We're definitely coming!

Me and my family had a wonderful experience coming from one of the kids, i really enjoyed it since it was kid-friendly. Even though im already 14 years old i enjoyed and my brother and sister who are 11 and 12 also really enjoyed it. If you are looking for a local kid-friendly enjoyable experience i would defenitely choose this!
