A. Not according to tour itinerary. For example. Stops time at the attraction, not even close to what have been advertised. B. Last stay was horrible, not a camp, more a farm. No hot shower. C. Not responding to questions before the start of the tour. D. Overpriced. Tripadvisor, please provide me for point a & b a good refund (at least your 22% margin). You sell something, but you do not deliver.
Thank you for your feedback. All attractions listed in the itinerary were fully visited as planned, though stop durations may vary slightly due to road or weather conditions. The last night’s stay was at a local nomadic family camp, as stated in the itinerary, and two nights were arranged in comfortable hotels for balance. Our team responded to your inquiries in advance and even provided several complimentary services. The price is among the most affordable for a private tour of this quality. All services were delivered as advertised.
Really well planned out. The guide and driver were very forthcoming and handled everything end to end. The stays in the package were great too (locations 10/10, cleanliness 10/10). Our guide even cooked our meals for us, which ensured fresh authentic mongol meals daily.
First off it says that on the page there will be an English guide. Our guide spoke absolutely zero English except for the word "NO". The whole tour was awful. Our guide wouldnt talk, cause he didnt speak English so we learned nothing. He would randomly pull the car over, not say a word, get out smoke cigarettes, disappear for minutes without trying to communicate what was going on. When we did arrive at the destination he would just point. Our meals every night were one option which was camel meat, potatoes and rice. Not bad but 3 nights in a row? For lunch we had no options except for one place. He would just go in a restaurant and order for us and we would be stuck with that meal. The van we drove was the most uncomfortable van. I swear the vechicle had no shocks and it was extremely bumpy for 6-8hrs a day which he drove very fast. The rooms were very hot and bugs all over the place. There were spiders and insects all over the rooms and beds that my wife had to sleep out in the van. We had to cancel our trip half way through the tour because it was so bad! I also left my necklace there and tried to contact her to see if she could return it but she basically just brushed me off and im sure I will never see it again. I would highly recommend going with a different company as this company and the accommodations were horrible.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the English-speaking guide. The tour you booked did not include an English guide, as mentioned in the tour details, but I truly understand how disappointing that must have been. Please note that we now arrange English-speaking guides for all our tours to ensure a better experience for future guests. Also, we have stopped offering this tour during mid-July, the hottest period in the Gobi Desert, to make our trips more comfortable for travelers.
