This tour was an incredible experience from start to finish! Visiting the olive oil factory was fascinating, and the tasting was a great introduction to the region’s traditions. The three wineries each had their own unique charm, excellent wines, and knowledgeable hosts. The scenery was beautiful, the pace was perfect, and the guide made the day both informative and fun. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the best of the area’s food, wine, and hospitality.

I booked with BigTrip through a friend who recommended this tour to me. The truth is our experience was very good; we dealt with Nico, who was always attentive and helpful, assisting in resolving all the unforeseen issues that arose. The tour was very comprehensive; we visited 3 wineries and 1 olive oil mill. You could pay extra for 1 winery where lunch was served. Suggestions: I would clarify in advance that the service includes 1 glass per winery, and only Norton conducts the tour of its winery; the others do not have a guide accompanying you. Similarly, for example, Casa Vigil is very picturesque to visit as it has several little spots with paintings and very charming spaces, and the service of one glass per winery is not bad since you visit several. Another suggestion is to adhere to the agreed schedules; Lili, our driver, requested to finish our experience at the Villafañe winery a little earlier (they allowed plenty of time for lunch and touring) to reach the olive oil mill, and even so, we arrived late with the talk just starting. We could wait for the next shift to arrive calmly and on time. In any case, it did not mean a major drama for us; it was an incredible experience that we enjoyed a lot! An excellent tour for those of us who want to visit several wineries and do not have much travel time.

The experience was very bad; at the olive oil factory, they left us late and the explanatory talk about the production process had already started. Casa Vigil: they do not explain anything about the place, neither the history of the site nor about the glass of wine they serve (1); they only tell you to explore the place on your own. It does not include anything to eat. You have to make a reservation to have lunch on your own. At Bodega Séptima, they treat you poorly; they only give you a glass of wine at the restaurant (it does not include anything to eat), and they do not explain what wine they are serving, nor did they allow us to visit the winery. Bodega Norton: they gave us a tour of the winery and a tasting of one wine. 20 minutes for everything; there was nothing to eat for lunch. The person who takes you is just a driver; they do not coordinate the activity. They picked us up 15 minutes late in a car that already had two other people. We all traveled cramped.

We booked the Casa Vigil (El Enemigo) + 2 wineries + olive oil farm tour, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, our tour guide picked us up but never explained the itinerary. We had to keep asking where we were going because he did not provide any information during the drive between locations. The most disappointing part of the tour was our experience at Casa Vigil and Bodega Séptima. The staff responsible for the tours were rude, and we felt that we were treated differently from other visitors. We paid for this tour, yet no one clearly explained what was included or what we should expect. The lack of communication and customer service made the experience very frustrating. On the other hand, our visit to Norton Winery was excellent. The staff was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the tour, learned a lot about the winery and the winemaking process, and felt genuinely appreciated as guests. Their outstanding service is the reason I am writing this review. It is unfair for Norton to be associated with the negative experiences we had at the other locations and suffer the consequences of a poorly organized tour. I hope the tour operator improves communication, organization, and customer service so future visitors can have a better experience.

The visit to Casa Vigil was disappointing, poor service, the staff did not inform the duration of the visit. Deliver a glass of wine and the client who struggles to get information.

Mónica made the experience very special; she was very kind and attentive. We were able to take our time enjoying each place as much as we wanted, and she took spectacular photos of us. We visited three beautiful large wineries and a very old small winery where we also had lunch, and they told us more about the wine-making process. We also learned about the production of olive oil. We booked the tour through TripAdvisor; however, it appeared with a discounted price, and they charged us a higher price. This is an error from TripAdvisor, and there is no way to contact them. I would have preferred to contact the agency directly, as the tour was truly worth it.

The walk was well worth it. I went to the Vigil House, Chandon and the Seventh. Beautiful places, the excellent tasting and everything very organized. The guide Monica, was very kind led us and told characteristics of each place. At Chandon we had a guided tour with the guide of the house.
