The tour was awesome, toured the Candianian side as well as the US. The tour is well worth the price for the ticket, which includes admission to a lot of attractions. Patty, the tour guide is very informative about each stop. I would highly recommend this tour as a day trip.
My wife and I took the Niagara Falls Tour with Journey Behind the Falls and the Boat Cruise in June 2026, and we really enjoyed the experience. The Niagara City Cruises boat ride was definitely the highlight and, in our opinion, a must-do. Getting that close to the falls was impressive. The Journey Behind the Falls was also worth doing, although the tunnels are a little tight in some areas. Our guide, Alicia, did an excellent job. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and shared interesting information throughout the tour. During the walking portion, she mentioned a BBQ block party with food trucks that was happening at the casino the following day. We decided to check it out, and we're glad we did—the food was great, and it turned out to be a fun bonus to our trip that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. One thing future guests should know is that we booked the 7:30 AM tour because we wanted to avoid the crowds, but that departure time is not available year-round, so it's worth checking the schedule before booking. Also, this is primarily a walking tour, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to spend a fair amount of time on your feet. For the boat ride, we also recommend bringing a pair of water shoes to change into and a dry bag big enough for your shoes and anything else you want protected from the water. Those two items made the experience much more enjoyable for us. Overall, this was a well-organized tour that covered the main attractions without feeling rushed. We'd recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls, especially first-time visitors. Thanks to Alicia for making the tour both informative and enjoyable.
Wonderful trip with fantastic views
Our guide, Nancy, is an experienced tour guide and retired teacher and you could tell! She knew so much about Niagara and had so many stories and jokes to tell. Go team Nancy! The mix of activities made it easy to see every angle of the natural Niagara Falls wonder. I had a wonderful time and will never forget this part of my trip!
Maid of the mist is a must do, in Niagara falls . Great experience.
We had a great experience with Darrel as our guide. He provided excellent information which made the experience of the Maid of the Mist ride even more enjoyable than if we booked it by ourselves.
It takes a long time to the boat. And even longer to get out of the park. Very long lines. But worth itlong

Dale was a great tour guide. He kept us entertained while waiting in the heat in the line to get into the ride. We learned a lot of things that we did not know about the falls before. All in all, it was a great experience for all of us.
