Chefchaouen était à l'origine un village berbère qui est amazigh et le nom Chefchaouen est le nom de l'Amazigh. Elle se compose de deux parties: Shaf et Ashawn, qui signifie en arabe. C'est le chauvin des siècles. La ville a été fondée en 1471 en tant que ville, ce qui signifie les murs et le château à l'intérieur des murs par le prince Mawla Ali bin Rashid. Ils partent de Chefchaouen vers la côte de Qasr al-Saghir et la côte de Targha, et ils ont gagné dans certaines batailles. De plus, certains prisonniers sont capturés et utilisés pour achever la construction de la ville. Mais avec la chute de l'Andalousie en 1492 aux mains des royaumes solides, lorsque la reine Elizabeth et le roi Ferdinand se sont unis, l'Andalousie et le dernier d'entre eux sont tombés à Grenade, qui a rendu le sultan Mehmed IX et après cela Trudu était d'eux, c'est-à-dire musulmans et juifs, et beaucoup d'entre eux ont fui vers le Maroc, en particulier dans le nord du Maroc.

During our arrival at Fez airport and the journey to Chefchauen, we were lucky to have Yassin as our guide. From the first moment he was friendly, attentive and very friendly, always with a smile and willing to help us in everything. It made the trip comfortable and very pleasant, with stops at local restaurants where we ate wonderfully and at a very good price. You could see that he knew the area well and wanted us to enjoy the experience to the fullest. The Pension sent us a taxi to the airport to take us to our Riad and Yassin picked us up. It was a pleasant meeting because its welcome and the discussion about culture and the different visits to be made in the surroundings of Fez were exciting. During our visit to Chefchaouen we had to do again with Yassin who was very punctual for the pick up , his vehicle is very well cared for and clean, stopping for the breakfast break he offered us and discovering the Moroccan cafe was just wonderful and the breaks with incredible views. Passionate, attentive and available he does not hesitate to give his review and describe the places to visit and if during the tour of the ramparts it was not he who visited us, he explained to his colleagues the tour to do and the places to see. We will of course keep his number to remind him on our next trip to Fez and the tours we have not yet done. Yassine will see you very soon with pleasure, and again thank you (or sorry!) for the return to the airport at 3:30 am.
We had Yassine with us for four trips over the period of a week. He was very knowledgeable, helpful always and a really good driver. He's very experienced in the needs of tourists and when we come back to Morocco we hope he's able to take us around again. All the best Yassine.
