Excellent tour if you are interested in futbol. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of The Bernabeu and the club itself. Just be aware there is a lot of walking and going up and down stairs, so if you have mobility issues this might not be the tour for you.
Our tour guide, Carlos, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, used humour, was respectful and very polite. The museum and access to special areas in the stadium were exceptional. Our entire family enjoyed the experience.
My wife and I took this tour in July 2026. I would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of fútbol. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The museum was interesting and we also were able to enter the stadium. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is a lot of walking and going up and down stairs. It might not be the best tour for people with mobility issues.

Very comprehensive tour. Museum, changing room, tunnel to pitch side and you can sit in the dugout. We had the guided tour which is more expensive but our guide explained so much more via the headset handout.
All very well, only in the instructions mention that you must redeem your voucher for official tickets and the redemption point is a Santander bank, that information is not updated. Plus it doesn’t need redeeming because the guide is there waiting 3 mins before starting the tour to give you the headset and start. Otherwise, all good.
