Le Palais Royal de Madrid n'est pas seulement une résidence ; c'est un lieu chargé de grandeur et d'histoire. Visits had sold out on the official site so we booked this. It was a very interesting and entertaining tour around the rooms of the royal palace and we were glad to experience it this way to get all the interesting context we wouldn't have got on a self guided visit from the official site.

Today’s tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid was absolutely beautiful and such a wonderful experience! Our tour guide, Elly, was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and spoke very clearly, which made it easy to follow along and really enjoy the tour. Elly was extremely knowledgeable and shared so many interesting details and stories throughout the tour. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience, and she made the history of the palace come alive. A huge thank you to Elly for making our visit so enjoyable! Sure it would have been great if they showed up to collect us. Refused to refund it even though we were there on time in the right place, talked to the people at the shop, made calls and still they were unreasonable to find a solution. Save yourself the money and book elsewhere

We have reviewed the circumstances, and our records show that the guide was present at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. The meeting point for this tour is inside the Souvenirs shop at C. de Carlos III, 1, Madrid, rather than at the Palace entrance. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure so there is enough time to locate the guide and join the group. We understand that you spoke with staff at the shop and attempted to contact us while trying to locate the guide. We regret the confusion you experienced. However, once the scheduled departure time had passed and the guide had left with the group, we were unfortunately unable to arrange individual entry or provide a replacement tour. The Royal Palace tickets for this experience are group tickets managed by the guide and cannot be used independently. As the tour operated as scheduled and the guide was present at the designated meeting point, we were unable to approve a refund. We appreciate your feedback regarding the meeting-point experience and will continue working to make the instructions as clear as possible for our guests.
