Not worth the price. Maybe it was the time we went. The skip the lin convenience is only worth it if there is a line. Even if there is a line, it is not worth twice the price and the time schedule did not seem to apply to anything. Next time, just buy the tickets at the museum directly when you arrive.
We arrived and they did not have our reservation, we bought new tickets, we demand that they return our money. I have in my hand the tickets that we bought there.
Terrible service, bad guidance, I never found the guide, I had to buy two new tickets to enter because not even at the ticket office could they give me information
The guide took 30 minutes explaining the Sistine Chapel. I found it exhausting.
If you choose the guided visit, make sure you check your email to select the time and meeting point. Otherwise you will just get the self-visit ticket.
Did not deliver the tickets and kept harassing us to meet them at a different location for the tickets. Felt very unsafe.
The tickets were bogus and we were not allowed admission
The Prado was exceptional. Spent four hours and still hadn’t seen everything. Ticketing however was a problem. I was sent two messages one of which said here are your tickets. Neither email had a sufficient ticket in it. I had to contact Viator and luckily, they answered me quickly and sent me an actual ticket. I’m not sure what the other barcoded messages that said tickets actually were. It also says that there’s a meet up place. No one is there to meet you. It’s just tickets - unsure if there is ever a long line at the Prado. I had to stand in line twice and it went quickly. Might be just as easy to get tickets there.
Very easy access to the museum, no waiting while there was a line
The Museum is beautiful, we had a good time
