I order a transport for my family from Madrid to our hotel and both vehicles did not show in correct locations. One vehicle came to pick us up after a wait of more than hour, and the other did not. Most upsetting is the fact that I spoke to several people and they refused to refund money for services not rendered. I will not be using them again.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Easy information for pick up and timings, especially considering how difficult it is to anticipate your pick up time after you land in Madrid! ( the immigration lines are no joke!) Daniel was great about this.

They did not wait for us to collect our luggage , waited one hour then left. We had no wifi in airport and couldn’t contact the driver. He also arrived before flight was due in.

He didn’t show up nor respond to my texts. I’m expecting a refund. We waited 45 minutes at the location specified with no communication.

Driver did not meet us coming out of baggage and did not tell us where to find him. Only what kind of car he was driving. Therefore we timed out and had to get a taxi. We have notified vendor and they told us to notify viator

They said they would wait an hour after landing but left after 50 minutes. When I was finally out of the airport at 55 minutes they had already left me a message that they left the airport after er waiting 50 minutes! I knew as an older, woman on a cane it would be close for me to make it out in 60 minutes. BUT This group would not let me adjust My pickup time even though ti teied to change it days ahead. I lost all my money and on this ticket had to pay for a taxi.

We had a pleasant and comfortable transfer from MAD to our hotel. Our driver met us at the baggage claim exit. Our van was clean. Great experience

Elena was super helpful as it was our first time losing our luggage. Our luggage was left behind at the layover destination and Elena made sure we still had accommodations heading back to our hotel. Even after our drop off, she was still helping us locate our luggage. Thank you!!!
