À l’occasion du 70e concours Eurovision de la chanson, qui se tient à Vienne cette année, Madame Tussauds a ouvert un nouvel espace ESC pour célébrer le plus grand concours musical du monde ! Rejoignez le « tea time » avec la reine Elisabeth II, une soirée glamour à Hollywood avec Sandra Bullock et ou embrassez le célèbre musicien autrichien Andreas Gabalier. Les nouveaux amoureux pourront confesser leur amour éternel devant Elvis et Marilyn Monroe à la chapelle romantique du mariage ! Le point fort est l’expérience 5D unique « Sissi Uncovered » en l’honneur de l’impératrice Sissi où les odeurs, la musique, les bruits, les paroles, les goûts et les impressions haptiques sont combinés de manière interactive. It was ok. Several floors including local Austrian people like Sigmund Freud, Mozart, etc. kids had fun. But I think it was overpriced for the experience.

However, we are very sorry to hear that you found it too expensive. We are always eager to get original clothes and accessories from our stars (e.g. Udo Jürgens sits at a real Bösendorfer piano or Sandra Bullock is wearing a designer dress from Elie Saab), which are quite expensive. Additionally, the making process of a wax figure costs up to 200.000€. Hence, you can imagine why prices are set that high. Nevertheless, there is the possibility to check for discounted tickets on our website, which might give you cheaper entrance or book combination tickets of two sights at once. Our visit to Madame Tussauds was an absolute highlight of our trip to Vienna. Numerous wax figures are offered for young and old, which impress with their quality and a lifelike appearance. In addition, extensive information is provided for all figures, so that visitors can inform themselves. Tip: Buy a ticket as a combo offer with the Ferris wheel or use the 3 for 2 offer in the Madame Tussauds online ticket shop

Kids especially enjoyed a real plus is the interactive nature with props to use and take pictures for photos. Staff member at shop a bit brusque but rest of staff friendly, overall worth a visit.

Very well done - also with the appropriate music. Many opportunities to interact with the celebrities. The ladies in the café are also very nice and accommodating.

We visited the museum but found it very small and very expensive. Compared to others visited, it is the one that disappointed me the most.

Madame Tussauds Vienna is a fantastic experience! The wax figures are incredibly realistic, the displays are fun and interactive, and it’s perfect for photos. A must-visit attraction in Vienna for all ages!

Lovingly designed cabinet, everything was clean and neatly designed. However, there should be a visitor limit, as there were too many people in a room for our visit and one was pushed quite further. I would also find lockers desirable. The station with the wax hands was also unfortunately closed. Still nice to see.
