Randonnée à Lukomir : Randonnée d'une journée au plus haut village de montagne de Bosnie
Description
Lukomir se trouve à 1 469 mètres d'altitude au bord du canyon de Rakitnica — le canyon fluvial le plus profond des Balkans occidentaux et l'une des destinations de randonnée les plus spectaculaires de toute l'Europe. Cette randonnée d'une journée en petit groupe au départ de Sarajevo vous emmène au plus haut village habité en permanence de Bosnie, où les maisons en pierre, les vêtements traditionnels et les bergers traversant le plateau sont restés inchangés pendant des siècles. Le parcours suit le bord du canyon à travers le plateau de Bjelašnica — vue dégagée sur la montagne, air pur et silence que très peu de voyageurs atteignent. La randonnée est de difficulté modérée, adaptée à toute personne en bonne condition physique avec des chaussures de trail confortables. Aucune expérience technique requise. Votre Guide local établit un rythme qui fonctionne pour le groupe tout au long de la journée complète de 8 à 10 heures. This was a wonderful hike with beautiful views of mountain meadows with wildflowers, forest and the canyon below. Along the way we met a shepherd from Lukomir watching over her flock. Afterwards I enjoyed a delicious meal in the home of one of the Lukomir families. And talking with the hike guide gave me additional insight into life in Bosnia. Overall it was a great experience and an interesting break from the normal sightseeing.

We completed the Lukomir Village Hiking Tour today and it was an amazing trip. Almedin, from Tallest Tourguide Tours, accompanied us. The team: Almedin, our hiking guide Hedija, and driver were an absolute pleasure to be around. They were friendly, answered all our questions and provided great information. Our entire family enjoyed the hike, visiting the village and lunch. The tour started with a 2 to 2.5 hour hike to Lukomir. The scenery was spectacular and it was a refreshing break from the city. We then had a wonderful lunch in town, followed by a tour of the traditional village (with cute chickens, sheep, dogs, etc.). The people in the town were very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this tour specifically and Almedin & Tallest Tour Guide in general to anyone visiting Sarajevo.
