Aucun détail n'est petit pour nous. Vous visiterez trois belles caves, dans les deux premiers, vous dégusterez d'excellents vins et un déjeuner accompagné de vins dans le dernier, à Lujan de Cuyo. Les caves que nous choisissons sont différentes chaque jour, mais notre style est de vous montrer un bon mélange de caves familiales, anciennes et traditionnelles, une boutique. Nous préférons visiter des domaines viticoles dont nous connaissons le propriétaire et où la visite est guidée par des gens passionnés comme nous. Veuillez noter que les établissements vinicoles peuvent changer en raison de disponibilité par rapport à ceux indiqués. Notre anglais/portugais est plutôt bon et nous aimons généralement parler de bien plus que de simples vins, notre connaissance de la culture et de l'histoire argentines est vaste et nous nous considérons comme des ambassadeurs de notre pays. Nous savons que vous apprécierez cette journée et nous avons hâte que vous aimiez Mendoza autant que nous !

Booked a tour and tour operator did not show up. Waited 30 minutes and contact number does not work.
Hi Diego, — I'm really sorry for the frustration this caused. That said, I do want to clarify what happened, because I think there was a genuine mix-up with the booking date. The original reservation was actually made for three days later, which is why my guide wasn't there that day. I also want to address the contact issue — our WhatsApp (+54 9261 571 1440) is always on and always reachable. If you had trouble getting through, please don't hesitate to use it directly next time. That said, I took full responsibility for the confusion. I offered to reschedule the tour for the very next day at a discounted rate, and a full refund was issued regardless. We're a small boutique operation and we genuinely care about every single guest. I hope you'll give us another shot — I promise the experience will be worth it. Cheers, Damian
Our driver Agustin was great. 5* for him. Juan from Fica Ambrosia was spectacular. With a great knowledge of the wines Ambrosia sells, gave his a history of the area and everything was perfect. Casarena was also very good and the guide was very nice and knowleadgle. Very good too. The lunch was.perfect but even though the reservation said bootle of water included and wines (5 courses paired with wines) was included, they wanted to charge us 86,000 arg pesos for the wine tasting. The reservation says wine tasti g at 3 wi eries, but they take you only to 2 wineries. I should receive a refund for the 1 winery we did not.go to.

We'd like to clarify what happened at Clos de Chacras. Your reservation included a paired lunch with wines — that wine pairing throughout the meal is the included tasting experience. The winery tour, which is after lunch, is offered by the staff, at no charge. Your tour also did include three wineries — Finca Ambrosia, Casarena, and Clos de Chacras — so no visit was missed. The winery tour at Clos de Chacras is always offered, though most guests are happy to relax and enjoy the meal after a wonderful morning of tastings! Regarding the charge mentioned, we'd like to look into this further and will follow up with you privately to clarify what happened. We hope to welcome you back on a future tour!
The perfect day and experience. This was one of the highlights of our honeymoon. Firstly the tour group allowed us to change days last minute and organised this with no fuss. On the day itself we were picked up in a really comfortable car and driven to the vineyards. Our driver Agustin was awesome - super friendly and engaging. Made sure we were looked after all day. It ended up being just the 2 of us on the first vineyard tour and we were treated so well. Frank who walked us round had set up wines in different areas of the vineyard rather than one tasting room. The wines were delicious, the views and settings amazing and frank was awesome. We then went onto the 2nd and again had an awesome time. We were joined by one other person but the tour was really well done and we learned a lot about the 2nd vineyards history. Their wine was incredible. The 3rd winery for lunch was beautiful and the food was amazing. A delicious 5 course lunch all served with wine for each course. We thoroughly recommend this tour for anyone staying in Mendoza.

This was a great day trip. Cristobal picked us up at our hotel, and gave us a lot of fun & interesting information as we drove to Lujan and between wineries. No translation problems at all, and he had a lot of positive energy. He was clearly proud of his region. The wineries were all very different, and each tour focused on something unique (bio-sustainability, concrete tank fermentation, generational winemaking). I like that Viator provided the names of the wineries we would visit, as that helped me research each of them in advance. Robert was our driver and did an amazing job. Lunch and the tasting was leisurely and informative. I'd highly recommend this experience!

I booked wine tours through Claudio for March 8 and 9, 2026. There were four of us from the United States on the tours. Claudio was very responsive and informative throughout the booking process. My group has toured wineries in several different wine regions around the United States. I had interests in particular wineries in the Mendoza wine regions, but also wanted Claudio’s input. Claudio was willing to accommodate our winery requests and supplement the visits with his own winery and restaurant recommendations. In summary, he was absolutely flexible and accommodating with us. As it turned out, Claudio’s recommendations were generally better than our specific requests. Claudio carefully tailored the itinerary to our interests. He showed us a variety of wineries, all with interesting stories and fabulous wines. He booked lunch reservations at tremendous locations. Throughout the two days, Claudio was a wonderful host. He is a pleasure to be around and is very well-informed about all things related to Argentina. He was punctual, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Claudio and Borravino Wine Tours to anybody interested in touring the Mendoza wine region. I am pleased to now call Claudio a friend and will absolutely use him again in the future.

While the experience was great, we were the only ones in the van with our guide Cristobal, I think it’s overpriced. The wineries were great , the lunch was really good , and no complaints about the actual experience. However for $378 for two people is quite pricy. For example the hotel we stayed offered a similar experience ( just one winery but also a 5 course meal ), for about $170 for both. We just didn’t know until we were there and had already paid for it. Juan, from ambrosia winery, was a great story teller and we really enjoyed his explanations and history of his winery. That being said , I don’t know if Tripadvisot takes a big cut and the wine tours company does not charge as much.

Even though we picked you up in a minivan, the vehicle and Cristobal (your bilingual guide/driver) were reserved only for you, and we did not add any other passengers during the day. Many “similar” tours at a lower price are small-group services where the same vehicle and guide are shared, with multiple hotel pick-ups and guests from different groups. Regarding the hotel option you found later, it may have been a great deal, but these offers often differ in what’s included (for example: transportation, a dedicated bilingual wine guide, time at each winery, and the overall level of service). TripAdvisor also charges commissions/fees, which can affect final pricing depending on the booking channel. Thanks again for coming out with us, and if you’re ever back in Mendoza I’d love to help you plan a day that fits your preferred style and budget. Cheers
It was a great experience . Agustín contacted us the day before to coordinate pick-up . He was right on time . Selected wineries were different but all great to visit. Amazing wine and tour guides . All speaking great english . Definitely recomend this!

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our wine tours. We were able to contact Borravino Wine Tours before we booked our tours and that was a good decision. Claudio, the founder, answered our WhatsApp message right away and was able to answer all our questions and made recommendations. Our tours went very smoothly. Claudio paired us with Agustine, our guide for both tours. Augustine was very friendly and knowledgeable about the areas and wineries we were visiting. He even helped us with some banking issues we were having. The wine tours could not have been better. We are very happy with the selection of wineries, the service and Agustine.
