Our family of 4 had a lovely time with Lou as our guide. The half day tour was enough to see the highlights without being overwhelming for a 7 year old and 12 year old.

The walking tour was a very different way to see the area. The scenery was lovely and we got to see an area we had not been tour. Our tour guide was a lovely young girl who had a passion for the city.

First visit to Lucern and we scheduled a private walking tour of Old Town as well as 2 local chocolate tastings. Lou was our guide and she was amazing! She was very knowledge and was able to provide extra commentary on other places for us to visit while on our own in the city. Our tour guide was great! We paid for a 4 hour tour and only received 2 hours and 15 minutes. In view of this, we are reimbursement for the short fall.
