Lucerne : Grindelwald, Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen Excursion guidée d'une journée

Thrill & exciting cliff walk that gives you the chills!! But, what an amazing experience that captivates the one of the best sceneries of the Swiss alps!!! Highly recommended tour!!

My friends and myself did not realize that there would be additional fees for additional activities on this tour. I feel the advertisement for this tour was misleading and misrepresented. You only had a tour guide with you if you paid for additional tours. Otherwise, you were left on your own in the towns sometimes for 3 hours at a time. While the scenery was breathtaking, I feel this tour was overpriced and misrepresented. Truly unfortunate. I will not be using Viator again. I used The tour guy in Italy with Much better results. My tour was on 9/24/26 leaving from Lucerne at 9am . Also, on the way back, we had to make an additional stop at Interlaken to pickup two passengers. No explanation was given. Not impressed, sadly would not recommend. Eileen Hedrick

The last stop in Lauterbrunnen was worthless. Basically you are dropped off at the train station and walk to see a waterfall that you can see from the road. This stop could have been skipped altogether. Also, the narration was long and boring and in multiple languages. Because of this, all we heard was talking and talking and little to nothing of substance. We found it boring. The time spent in Grindenwald was nice, didnt have to be 3+ hours though. We felt like this tour could have been a 1/2 day tour at half the cost and been a better use of time and money.

This was a great excursion for the limited amount of time in Switzerland. The bus ride was beautiful and not for those who experience motion sickness, due to the winding narrow road that we traveled. Our guides Sondra and Adela were very patient, kind and informative rful and our bus driver was very skilled! This was a wonderful experience for our group! Thank you so much for making it a memorable day!

Excellent trip and guides. A little more walking than expected but it was well worth it. Tour guides where very helpful.

Fabulous day today, thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Michelle was very good and articulate - we learned a lot! We also felt safe with the guy driving the coach - he was a safe driver! Thank you so much.

Interlaken was great and should've been an hour longer as it felt rushed. Grindewald was an hour too long UNLESS you road the gondola. They could've skipped Lauderbrutten. It's really just a long waterfall. It's pretty but it's just not totally necessary to take an entire 50 person tour bus to just to go see a waterfall. It could have been a stop and go and that time could have been spent better at Interlaken.

The scenery is breathtaking. Most beautiful places on Earth, and our tour guide was most helpful. Also, plenty of time to explore in your own.

It gave a very nice flavor of Switzerland -going to places that would be hard to organize on your own in one day

It was a great trip going to all three towns. The scenery is spectacular! Michelle was our guide and she was amazing! She was very friendly, informative. and upbeat which made the tour a lot of fun.
