Après la réservation, veuillez confirmer avec le fournisseur le calendrier de prise en charge. Nous fournissons des services pratiques de ramassage pour nos clients dans tous les hôtels, villas et le port de croisière à Cabo San Lucas et San Jose del Cabo. Sinon, les clients sont invités à se frayer un chemin jusqu'au point de départ s'ils le préfèrent.

- Veuillez noter : Chaque personne monte à cheval, sauf si un enfant doit alors monter avec un adulte. L'enfant doit être âgé d'au moins 7 ans et taille minimum de 3 pieds 11,244 pouces pour monter à cheval.
- Pour tout surclassement, vous serez facturé en supplément à l'arrivée.
- Votre carte de crédit est seulement mise en attente pour le véhicule UTV / VTT, mais n'est PAS débité. La retenue est libérée après la tournée et il faut 3 à 4 jours selon votre banque pour refléter sur votre compte bancaire.
- Veuillez noter : Les heures de visite en ligne sont les heures où la visite commence PAS l'heure de prise. Le temps de prise en charge est de 45 à 70 minutes avant l'heure de visite sélectionnée selon votre séjour à l'hôtel.

It was a money grab, I booked online once we got there they said we booked an semi automatic atv, the proceeded to charge us an additional $300 for automatic and I could not bring my phone and if I wanted to I had to pay $50 per person and it would a private tour. We declined and guess what.. we were the only ones on our tour. We had to keep asking where the photographer was to take our pictures. All of them looked rushed. Then charged us an extra $125 for the pictures. Rafael was an amazing tour guide, however, I wouldn’t do this again because of all the extra fees they charge once you’re there.

We do want to clarify that the pricing and tour details are clearly provided online before booking. The ATV transmission options, phone/camera policy, private-tour option, and all applicable fees are disclosed in the tour information, so there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges added to the booking. Regarding the photos, professional photos are not included in the tour price. They are an optional purchase and this is also stated online before booking. Guests are welcome to decline the photos if they do not wish to purchase them. We’re sorry you felt the experience was not what you expected, but we believe it’s important to clarify that the charges mentioned were for optional services or upgrades that are disclosed prior to booking. This experience was sadly not good! I’ve paid for a horseback and UTV combo for each of us, like I have in the past and this time it was different, I didn’t like that I didn’t get what I paid for, as they placed us together in a UTV, then had us choose a insurance plan. The tour guide was great, but the experience was mild and slow. In the end, our return transportation toke a different route to our hotel that toke an extra 20 mins! We will not rebook with this company again.

Everything is clearly mentioned online before you book the tour. You paid for 4 adults, which you choose to drive 4 single ATVs, 2 Double ATVs, 2 double UTVs, or a Quadruple UTV. We're also sorry that your return transportation took longer than expected as we do our best to move every customer on time, but transportation is not private, it is a shuttle that picks up and drops off other customers.. The price you see is not the price you pay!! when we got there they tell us we cannot take our phones along on the tour, if we want to then we need to pay an additional $150 for a private tour!! Who ever heard of such a thing? they send a photographer along and they want you to buy the pictures from them for $100. then they tell you medical insurance is $10, and Utv insurance about $45. We were extremely upset about this phone rule and wanted to cancel and go home.

You took your phone on tour and we have pictures. If we could post pics on here we would just to prove you wrong. Also we have rules for your safety and every company in the entire world has rules not just us.
My partner and I had the best time!! The extra fees at check in were more than I was expecting, so we had to pay an additional $95 at check in after paying $210 to book. A little crazy if you ask me. Our tour ended up basically being a private even though we did not pay for a private. We had the coolest guide who was so fun to be around! The horseback riding ended up being less than exciting. My particular horse only had one speed: snail. He did not want to participate and it was boring. On top of that, the saddles are so uncomfortable. 2 days later and my bottom is still bruised. Overall worth it and loved the experience.

The $95 USD extra you paid at check in is 2 mandatory park entrance fees of $25 USD each (fee goes to the government) and 1 UTV collision insurance $45 USD which is OPTIONAL with credit card. This is all clearly mentioned online where you book. You just need to read everything carefully. We are very clear about everything so there are no surprises. No hidden fees!
Andres was a great tour guide everything was explained well and nicely curated. The horseback riding was approximately 30-35 minutes
