Great Experience. We got to the hotel very quick and didn’t wait at the airport longer than 5 -10 minutes. I would be booking again in the future!
Overall, good based on pricing after use of a coupon, quality of transport vehicle and process (registration, email reminders, etc.). Opportunities for improvement..(1) Allow More Passenger Space: In our "airport to hotel" van, the tightness is uncomfortable. For example, the two of us rode up front with driver because they maxed out seats for profit over satisfaction...which simultaneously lowers safety (lower seat belt usage when crowded and cramping driver's maneuverability) (2) Share driver status/location updates. Our driver was 10min late on our "hotel to airport" shuttle with no updates sent (emails, no texts) although they answered when I called to inquire on status.
The host and driver were very friendly and we had good conversations with other passengers. We booked the round-trip:)
Pick up from the hotel seemed unorganized and took a long time to get a shuttle. Then the driver took the strangest, longest route to get to our resort- I have been to this same resort 5 times and generally it takes 45minutes to an hour and this time we were in the shuttle for over 2 hours. Pick from the hotel to the airport was excellent. Prompt and quick service.
Met Emilio at the #6 stop and he coordinated everything. The best experience for my first time in cabo. The price was also reasonable and the driver was really nice.

This company caters to good customer service. They were very reliable when we arrived very professional and accommodated us all the way from the airport to our resort hotel. I highly recommend them for shuttle service.

It’s was absolutely horrible, upon checking in we had to wait about half an hour in a burning hot temperature outside for the Van. Then we were told the driver is here and took us a little further. Once we got there the driver took of without even checking with the hosts and passengers. Someone from our group literally running behind the car yelling to stop, finally he saw the passenger and came back to pick us. Then he dropped us last which took over an hour and the car air conditioning was not running great. I had booked a private shatter not shared. I have never had this experience and they didn’t even have a simple bottle of water to offer. This was absolutely the worst experience i’ve ever had with a shatter company. Absolutely disgusting experience and I should be getting some of my money back because for a shared shatter to charge 180 Us dollars is absolutely unacceptable and it’s a ripoff. I am so disappointed and this is the last time I will be traveling with this company or even recommending you guys to someone. Thank you
