Start to finish the guide was on point very clear speaking very accommodating as my dad is 82 years old and the rest of was younger. Highly recommend using him very knowledgeable and explain things with detail when needed. He took random questions answered with detail. Highly recommend using him.

Nick was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of good information about the Abbey. The walk about Parliament was a bit disrupted due to the opening of Parliament but Nick did his best to accommodate and adjust.
