First time using Stasher. We arrived back from a cruise and had the day to explore before heading to airport. The luggage was the problem. Found Stasher on an online search and it was easy and cost effective!
This service made a big difference to my day as couldn’t take a suitcase to the tower gunpowder experience. Easy, close by, open long hours, really good value, really friendly staff. And extremely easy to arrange and book with Stasher. Will def use Stasher again

We used stasher for the first time and it made our day in London so much easier! The one we used near the tower of london was a premier inn hub so we felt very secure leaving our luggage there for the day. It was so simple to use and reasonably priced. Would use again.
Really easy experience. Booked it 5 mins before then dropped my bag off. I then collected it a couple of hours later. Very swift. Would do again.

Horrible treatment by the people at this place. I went there to leave two bags. I wasn't allowed to leave a small Uber eats paper bag with them because apparently this counts as a whole extra bag. With a shed of decency we could have come to an agreement but the guy was more interested in shouting aggressively at me. Just don't leave your bags here, I'm sure there's plenty of other places in London where kindness is still a thing. This was at the Krystals Express store.
We found it all a bit strange They checked my email and then pointed to a door which he said leave them down there. No ticket or anything given to us and we felt anyone could take our luggage When we collected we showed the email again but then went on our own to collect our luggage and left without seeing anyone. Didn't feel safe and secure. Obviously to outsiders couldn't take it but other people using the site could
This is a genius idea. Really needed somewhere for our case while we visited the Tower of London. The shop is 2 minutes walk away and so convenient.
