The communication and experience was excellent. Everything was arranged and the team went out of their way to ensure a great experience. We were picked up from Lombok airport where we meet our driver at the time and allocation specified driven to the port where the boat captain meet us and transported to Gilli Air at 7pm at night. We were then picked up at 4am in the morning at transported back. This service is exceptional and I would encourage others to use it.

Everything was perfect, the peace of mind and confidence we needed. We arrived super on time at the airport. The contact with them via WhatsApp, even with the captain, was really good. In our case, we needed the boat to get to Lombok and then a taxi to take us to the airport. The boat was very fast and the driver was excellent.

I heard from the tour company, driver, and speedboat captain and they all confirmed when they would be there. We were brought from the airport to the beach where our private boat was waiting for us as promised. Photos were taken to ensure it was us. Some miscommunication about which island we were going to but it all got sorted out.

While the price was high compared to options found on Gili T, I found it worth it as we had a private speedboat to Lombok instead of the public ferry, the speedboat went to a place that was less driving time to the airport than where the public ferry went, and the car was waiting for us to arrive. Communication with the speedboat captain, car driver, and tour organizer was all excellent and I was reached out to in advance. They made sure of my flight departure time and that I would get to the airport on time.

Eveeything was very well organised and the people were very friendly. Would 100% recommend to anyone who does not want to go through the long queues at the jetties.

Could have been better. 7 days ago I messaged Viator to arrange luggage pick up from a Hotel near Lombok airport. This was all confirmed, but on the day the driver had no knowledge. Either the original driver was replaced ( because he was meant to confirm his name) or Viator didn't pass the pickup details across to the driver. The driver gave excellent service just a lack of communication.
