We hired a driver and car for 7 hours to see some of Istanbul other than Sultanahmet where we were staying. We asked the driver to take us to interesting places. We drove along the Bosphorus shoreline and CJ, the driver pointed out points of interest. We crossed to the Asian side to Camlica Park and then the Camlica Tower with a viewing platform at the 34th floor. We passed other points of interest before lunch at a terrific fish restaurant. CJ asked us what we liked and delivered. After lunch it was a spice shop and the Grand Bazaar. It was a good way to see the sights using local knowledge or the tight program of a group tour.
Communication with the Agency was easy through WhatsApp. Our very competent tour guide picked us up right where communicated. The car was waiting just a few steps away. The driver was very polite and helpful. My husband uses a walker and he was helping us at each stop to get in and out of the car and had the walker ready. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful overview of the history of Istanbul and the places we visited. She made recommendations which accommodated my husband’s walking issues. We can very much recommend the Agency.
Our driver, Ali, was simply amazing. We had booked a 5-hour tour. I had made a list of places to visit beforehand. He took us to all of them, which was absolutely fantastic for us, and he did such a great job explaining everything to us along the way. We couldn’t have imagined a better day. We’d do it again in a heartbeat.

It is terrible. I need to take me only stadium. car must be there to wait and back. It wasnt there i was waiting more than 1hour and i took other taxi. He sent me location where ws meeting point. He wasnt there
The driver was about 40 minutes late. Though he said that he tried to reach me an hour before we were supposed to meet. We had asked for an English speaking driver, and were assured that we'd get one. He spoke very broken English, and we had a lot of trouble understanding him. He drove us to our first stop, where we were told to text him when we were 10 minutes away. We did that, and he never responded. We waited at the car while he drank tea with a friend. The second stop, he told us again to text when we were 10 minutes away from the car. Again, we did that. Got back to the car, and didn't see him anywhere. We texted a couple of times. Eventually, we found him asleep in the car. The tinted windows made it hard to see him. We wound up waking him up. After that, we told him to just drop us off at the port. This was just 2 hours into our 5 hour drive. He asked if he could take us to one more place, and assured us that it would be quick. We got stuck in traffic for about 35 minutes, then got to the place. The place was so crowded that we couldn't get to see it. After all of this, he dropped us off at the port. We hired him to drive us around to see as many sites as we could in our 5 hour allotted timeframe. We saw very little due to his speaking with friends, and falling asleep. We saw more traffic than anything else.

We always strive to provide high-quality chauffeur services, but we are highly surprised and saddened by your review, as it completely contradicts the reality of your tour and your behavior at the end of the service. We would like to clarify a few important points for correctness: Regarding the Timing: Our driver was actually at your location at 07:30 AM—a full hour before your 08:30 AM pickup. The 10-minute delay in your actual meeting was due to the fact that you were using a different phone number than the one provided to Viator, which made coordination difficult. Regarding the Itinerary: Although our product description explicitly notes that "Drivers speak basic English and cannot act like guides," our driver kindly used his English skills to help create a beautiful itinerary for you since you did not have a set plan. He successfully drove you to Sultanahmet, Balat, the Bulgarian Church, and the Galata Tower. Regarding professionalism: While waiting for you during your stops, our driver stayed with the vehicle. When you enjoyed wine at a cafe near Galata Tower, he even offered you complimentary beverages in the car to enhance your comfort. The Conclusion: To ensure you didn't walk in the heat, our driver paid the Galataport underground parking fee out of his own pocket and dropped you off right at the cruise ship gate. If the service was as poor as described, it is highly contradictory that you concluded the trip by rewarding our driver with a €20 tip as a gesture of appreciation. So many wonderful sites, give yourself lots of time to explore each area. Our driver was excellent and took us to places a tour bus would never be able to go to because of the steep narrow streets. We truly enjoyed exploring Istanbul in the comfort of our drivers gorgeous Mercedes van. Make sure you wear comfy footwear as you will be walking on uneven surfaces for extended periods of time. The cruise port was an easy pick up and drop off spot. I recommend the 4 hour (minimum) tour of the old and new cities. You won’t be disappointed.
