We had the best time with Terry. He was very knowledgable, was able to explain so many things about Kyoto and the different sites we saw. He was also a great driver and knew a number of back roads to keep us out of the traffic. He had a wonderful, fun, kind personality and made our day very special. This was an enlightening day with an amazing guide.
We highly recommend Mr. Toshi Nakagawa, he's very accommodating and can communicate well in English. He is also very knowledgeable in history and culture. Big thumbs up!

I’ve booked 3 trips with this company alongside airport transfer and the service was impeccable! The car was clean and comfortable and the drivers were patient and friendly. The coordinator Kevin was extremely responsive and kind, it was very helpful and over all an amazing experience for me and my family. I have to admit that I was abit doubtful at first since this is my first time with this company and I’ve brought along two children and an elderly woman with me, however they proved to be very capable with beyond amazing customer service! I am very pleased with their work, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Keep it up!
