Le mode pilote affectera également la durée de vie de la batterie. Nos vélos ont 3 modes: eco, normal et high. En mode éco, vous aurez généralement jusqu'à 4 heures de conduite en ligne droite. Pour ceux qui louent une journée complète, nous vous invitons à revenir au magasin pour échanger votre batterie.

We rented the electric bikes for 2 hours and had a blast! Great way to see Santa Barbara and Montecito. Great customer service from Gonzalo. Bikes were in great condition. Highly recommend!
Had fun riding around town on an e-bike. Bike was a little worn but functional and having a bike with a throttle is a must if you want to go up the hill on Shoreline Drive. The basket was a must too. Attendant was very helpful with explaining the bike's features. My only issue is that I booked through Trip Advisor for a half day starting at 10 a.m. but the shop didn't open until ten so we had to wait a little while the attendant opened up the store and then he couldn't find our reservation in their system. He had to call the main store to confirm which took a few minutes. We eventually were on our way and had a blast but wish they were a little more organized.
I was told I’d get the next hour free with my bike rental, but when I returned the bike, they still charged me for that hour. The staff said the “free” hour only applies if you ride exactly a full extra hour — not even 5 minutes under or over — which was never explained upfront. This felt misleading and disappointing, especially since I returned the bike well within the extra time promised. I wouldn’t rent here again unless they’re clearer about their policies.

This offer applies specifically to our surrey bike rentals — guests pay for the first hour, and the second consecutive hour is free. The promotion allows you to enjoy the surrey bike for up to two hours while only paying for one hour. We also provide a 15-minute grace period beyond the second hour. After that time, our regular rates apply for the next hour or half-day rental rate. I understand this was not clearly communicated in your case, and we’ll be reviewing how we present this information — to make sure it’s transparent for all guests. First time renting an electric bike and had a blast! So much fun traveling in and around Santa Barbara and the surrounding areas with ease, efficiency and effectiveness. Had the luxury of stopping and visiting, at will, people, places and things of interest. Worth the investment of time and money. Selected the 5 hours rental.
It was so fun to bike together as a family! My kids LOVED it and wanted to do it again. It was a wonderful time together. Who Went: 3 kids 1 baby 4 Adults All together on one bike! We had a blast!
