- Pour toutes les locations, une pièce d'identité d'état ou fédérale valide est requise pour les dépôts : un dépôt de 250 $ pour un seul locataire et 100 $ par personne pour deux locataires ou plus ; lorsque les vélos sont restitués, le dépôt sera remboursé sur la carte dans les 24 heures et la pièce d'identité sera restituée.
- Condition d'âge: Vous devez avoir plus de 18 ans pour louer. Si vous avez 18 ans ou moins, un parent ou un tuteur légal doit signer le formulaire de décharge de responsabilité.
- Détails du dépôt: Pour toutes les locations, une carte d'identité américaine valide, un passeport étranger ou une carte de crédit est acceptable pour les dépôts.
- Recommandations sur les pneus : Habillez-vous selon les saisons et portez des vêtements confortables qui ne sont pas trop amples, ainsi que des chaussures à bout fermé pour plus de sécurité.
- Frais de retard: Bien que nous ne puissions pas prolonger votre location directement, la restitution de votre vélo après la période de location initiale entraîne des frais de retard de 15 $ l'heure par vélo et de 25 $ l'heure pour les vélos électriques ou les scooters.

Reserved e-bikes months out for 24 hour rental. Arrived to find out they rented them all out. We had to wait an extra hour before two e-bikes returned. When we got them, one didn’t last because the battery they gave us was only charged at 78%. Had to return early because they fail to disclose that certain hotels will not let you charge e-bikes. Also, to note, they do not rent out bike locks for e-bikes so our museum tour had to be cancelled. Also, they failed to disclose that the baskets they rent out won’t fit on e-bikes as well. We had to carry our food and drinks in a paper bag that eventually tore and spilled all over the busy road in Central Park. All in all it was a horrible day that we sadly regret booking with this company.
I had a blast renting from Central Park Bike Rentals in Central Park, it’s a solid 5-star experience! Their bikes, from e-bikes to tandems, are in great shape, making it super easy to cruise around spots like Bethesda Fountain without worrying about a clunky ride. I travel a lot and I’ve rented bikes all over the US and also in Europe. This bike was the crummiest I’ve ever rented. There are lots of bike rental places around Central Park, I’d recommend checking them out. People in the park riding bikes from other companies seemed to be having a better experience than I was!
Everything was great except we didn’t get bike locks with our E bike rental. We couldn’t do all the sightseeing around Central Park. We were planning because we couldn’t leave the bikes alone.
