Jordano did a fantastic job taking us around the town and explaining everything. He was also very conscious of everyone’s bike experience!
One of the best experiences in Santo Domingo. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The area was very safe. We had lots of fun. Highly recommended.
The staff was very friendly, and the bikes were in acceptable condition. Two hours is enough time to ride to the Malecón and back, passing by the main tourist attractions in the Zona Colonial. A great option for a quick and basic overview of the city's layout. Note that you're paying for the bike rental, and not a bike tour.
Was really nice tour where you get a nice impression of the collonial district. Guide was entertaining. The tour took almost 30min longer which was for the smaller kids a bit too long also as the heat was strong that day
Excellent experience with the owner and employees of the place. Extremely friendly, respectful and attentive to have a good experience there. I totally recommend it!
This was probably the most memorable thing we did during our vacation and the people in the bike shop were freaking amazing.
Sadly, I made a reservation and pre-paid for a two-hour bike ride in Santo Domingo scheduled for December 20 at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible, with rain starting two hours before the excursion was supposed to take place. I called and sent several messages via WhatsApp to confirm whether the bike ride would still happen. However, no one called me back or responded to my messages. I noticed that all my messages were marked as read at 10:05 AM—five minutes after my scheduled trip—but I still received no response. As of now (2 HOURS later), I have not been contacted, and the business kept my payment. This lack of communication and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I will be submitting a formal complaint regarding this experience. I do not recommend booking this bike excursion in December when the weather is unpredictable. Furthermore, given the unprofessional handling of my situation and lack of responsiveness, I would not recommend this experience to any of my friends.
I loved the bike tour, it was my favorite part of visiting Santo Domingo! Jose was our tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and was great at teaching us all the history. Not mention he had many great recommendations for restaurants, museums, and dancing, which is just what we were looking for! Would definitely recommend the bike tour to any one who is looking for an authentic tour that includes pre colonial history.
Beautiful tour, nice guide who knows a lot about the history. Lots of stops. Cycling distance is not much. More than 400 years of history. Nice
It was a fun experience was just too hot out lol would definitely do it again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish there were more parking station around the walking street.
