We booked and paid prior to our trip to Italy. The day before we were scheduled to pick up we received and email notification that they cancelled our reservation. We tried contacting them numerous times and no response and no reply to emails either. Have to file dispute with credit card company as they have not refunded our money either. Poor service and would not recommend.
Exploring the Tuscan countryside was a dream. And making reservations and renting the vespas was super easy. Staff is friendly and helpful!
The owner/manager was super nice and helpful. He answered all our questions about our scooters and directions for travel. When you travel on your own little/big Vespa you get to stop where you want and go where you want. We chose the hills and byways of Tuscany. You get to see the beautiful neighborhoods up close and travel the narrow little country roads. Beautiful day, wonderful memory❤️❤️😃
Fantastic rental, very comfortable and with the possibility of leaving the keys in the Safebox during closing hours. I paid half of what others asked me and honestly Florence Station also had the newest means. Not to be missed if you are in the area, friendly and helpful staff.
1st - you did not send the confirmation in advance to the agency responsible for the rental. For this reason, the rental company no longer had available wasps, only a scoorter that was broken. 2nd - we pay an abusive amount, 145 euros for 24 hours and the normal value is on average 100 euros. in the end, we were not able to walk with the wasp and we didn't spend 24 hours with it!! We were only able to take the tour with the scooter because the agency manager helped us. And another thing, the app address was alerted, the correct address was sent less than 24 hours in advance.
Dear customer, hope you had a great time during your vacation. You chose the reason as the guide or driver didn’t show up, but this is not true, you choose the wrong option. You mentioned the rental was not confirmed and the Vespa was broken, But it was confirmed and kept the Vespa for you and we will never rent a broken vehicle! We know when you arrived at the meeting point you were exhausted because of going to a wrong address, but you had the address on your ticket and also on message. Both addresses are in one zone, with a distance of one block, less than 5 minutes by walking. However, we’re sorry that couldn’t make you happy with our service. Regards Florence Adventures
Be careful if you are planning to do this from a cruise ship. We got train tickets to Florence which ended up taking almost 4 hours with delays and stops to get there which left us only about an hour and a half to explore Florence before we had to leave and even then only made it back with about 10 mins to spare to get on the boat. Needless to say, we missed out on our scooter rental, but it was not the fault of the operator. And to their credit the operator tried to contact me though the app multiple times and I didn’t see it until after we were back on the boat. So I’m giving 4 stars because the only problem with the experience was the transit to get there from where we were, which was not the operators fault. I didn’t have an opportunity to interact with the operator but hey…they tried and that goes a long way. I didn’t ask for a refund…it was my problem not theirs.
