loved this experience! some of the spots are a bit cloudy but you find your way around eventually. make sure you are a decent swimmer as the fins and current make it more difficult

I think overall service and experience was great! However the marine life was quite limited in the area of seven seas so we were slightly disappointed in the small section to explore.

It’s a great experience! I saw corals, sea anemones, sponges, sea urchins, conches, 50+ fishes in total, a bunch of seagrass. The rental was a fair price and we just had to rerun it by 4 pm. They also have life jackets for me. I would highly recommend this place.

An outstanding experience with this snorkeling company! We rented kayaks and snorkeling gear for 2 hours, and the clear water provided perfect visibility for exploring vibrant marine life. Kayaking at our own pace was enjoyable, and the views of the rainforest-lined shore were stunning. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy both adventure and relaxation!

I walked up and rented snorkeling equipment at this shack. The shack is only a few yards from the beach across from Costa Mia restaurant. The crew were very helpful. They showed you on a map all the places you can snorkel. The equipment were nice. They even allowed me to store my beach bag with them. The snorkeling is amazing. Yes I highly recommend.

We really appreciated that the staff were flexible when we had to change our snorkel gear reservation. The location was great and the beach and snorkeling were beautiful. Our kids loved it!

We were there during COVID and the seas were rough so a lot of tours that were open weren't going out. The guys at Pirate Snorkeling are terrific. If, for example, you try to park your car on the side of the busy road in front of their shack on the beach, they'll run over and tell you to move. I mean it. They care. They rented us snorkeling equipment for two days -- it was all super clean and disinfected, and good quality. They provide a laminated guide to the underwater life. They have buoys stationed in the water to show you where the reefs are. They even gave us sandwiches and fruit and Fritos. The snorkeling at the main part of Seven Seas Beach isn't amazing, but for perspective, it's still SNORKELING IN THE CARIBBEAN. We took our equipment and explored other places. We didn't have a lot of time. We also rented stand up paddleboards from them because we have kids and it was vacation. Is it fun? Is it exercise? Hard to tell. Seven Seas Beach is not touristy. There are hidden spots in the trees where Puerto Rican families are grilling and playing music. Sometimes people dance. It's awesome. Wear sunscreen. Oh, if the Pirate guys don't answer the phone, come anyway. They're there.

Hector and the crew were EXCELLENT. we rented the equipment for 3 days and went to Vieques and Culebra. The equipment was great and they were accommodating.

My family and I went on an impromptu visit to rent Snorkeling equipment. The guys running the stand were so helpful and hilarious. They helped my 7-year old, who'd never been snorkeling, to feel so confident that she was searching for fish on the reef within 10 minutes. We also got a short lesson on how the reef was affected by Maria, and what is being done to bring back the wildlife. They're great and I can't recommend them any higher!

If you feel comfortable snorkeling on your own, just rent a kayak from Hector and jump right in! He provides everything you need. This is a good snorkeling spot: coral reefs, tropical fish, plus iguanas in the mangroves!
