- Tout dommage encouru lors de la location du jet ski, le client paiera le montant total des dommages pour le jet ski.
- Dans le cas où l'invité tombe malade ou doit être blessé pendant la visite, le client sera responsable de tous les frais d'hôpital, de médecin, de soins médicaux et de rapatriement et la société ne sera responsable d'aucun remboursement des frais de visite pour quelque raison que ce soit.

We arrived at the meeting point, but no one was there. We called the contact number and were given a new address, which was a 10-minute taxi ride away. When we arrived, it turned out to be the wrong address as well, so we had to walk 30 minutes to the beach. The person we spoke to had very poor English. When we finally got the jet ski, everything was fine for the first 30 minutes, but afterward, it became difficult to steer, and we were afraid of overturning. We decided to head back because it felt like the jet ski was filling up with water or something similar. Overall, it felt like a scam that we barely avoided.
Terrible customer service, went to the location and nobody was there. Called the number numerous times and nobody answered. Waited 20min past my scheduled time and finally someone called me back and said I can only do 30min instead of my hour I paid for. Told them I have been sitting and waiting at the location I was told to go and I have called this number numerous times. Whoever I spoke with kept saying no no no and the. Hung up on me mid conversation. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.
