We really enjoyed the stingrays and the starfish. We had a fantastic time with our great captain. We would definitely recommend it.
This was our family’s favorite excursion out of all our cruise stops. We had the boat all to ourselves and got to hit all the best stops. Justin’s knowledge of the area was great, and he even got pictures of all of us holding a stingray.
Justin was a fantastic guide who took us to two great snorkeling spots plus Stingray City. A true local, he was born and raised on the island and genuinely shared his love for Grand Cayman and all of its beauty. We had four people in our group, and the Whaler was very comfortable and exactly as advertised. It was such a fun day with incredible wildlife sightings including turtles, stingrays, lionfish, and so many other beautiful fish. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this trip!

Scheduled a private late afternoon tour for five adults with Justin. We went to Stingray City, Starfish Point, had a sunset dinner on Rum Point and finished with a night swim at Bioluminescent Bay. It was all truly amazing. Justin was a great captain- very personable and knowledgeable. It was a big highlight of our Grand Cayman trip. Would definitely recommend a tour with Barefoot Charters.

Great experience with Justin! He was very engaging, and shared his knowledge of the history of the Caymans and the present day conditions. We did a private 1/2 trip to see the rays, starfish, and do a reef snorkel. He called an audible at Stingray City (it was packed with excursions, about 100 people) and took us to Rum point, where there were lots of rays and an only a few people. He used his GoPro to take some great pics and videos. Starfish Point was nice and there were lots of fish on the snorkel. He also took us through the mangroves. Highly recommend !!

The only way to experience stingray city, starfish point and to snorkel away from the crowds! Nice boat, cooler full of drinks, control of the music and a great day! Highly recommend. Justin is fantastic!
We had the absolute BEST day with Barefoot Charters — Justin made our entire experience unforgettable. We snorkeled in crystal-clear water, visited Starfish Point, and swam with stingrays at Stingray City — everything was perfectly paced, relaxed, and fun. Justin was knowledgeable, easygoing, and genuinely cared that everyone felt comfortable (especially me when I totally freaked out with the stingrays 😂 — zero judgment, only encouragement and laughs). The boat had a Bluetooth speaker for music, a cooler stocked with drinks, and such a great vibe overall. It felt personalized, not rushed, and honestly like spending the day with a friend who just happens to know all the best spots. If you’re visiting Grand Cayman and want an incredible private charter experience, this is it. Highly recommend Barefoot Charters and Justin — we’ll absolutely book again!

Our family spent this morning with Justin. He arrived on time at our Airbnb and adjusted the standard trip at our request. He was very friendly and was extremely knowledgeable about the area, with information on both the boat trip and the rest of the island. He even took pictures on his go-pro for us. The trip was the highlight of the week!
