We recently arrived in Lisbon as a group of eight adults and a one-year-old granddaughter and booked a private transfer from the airport to our hotel. From the very beginning, we received outstanding service from Luan Oliveira and TopTour Portugal. Luan patiently waited for us despite the time it took to clear passport control and collect our luggage. He provided clear and accurate instructions for the meeting point, making the pickup process smooth and stress-free. When he realized that our granddaughter, who had just turned one year old, required a proper child seat rather than a booster seat, he immediately took care of the situation and arranged a suitable child seat within minutes. His professionalism, attentiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Luan helped load all of our luggage into the vehicle, drove us safely and comfortably to the InterContinental Lisbon and, upon arrival, unloaded all of our bags as well. I would also like to highlight that the minibus was modern, luxurious, spotless and spacious. It was exactly as advertised and perfectly suited our group and all of our luggage. In summary, we were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Luan Oliveira provided exceptional service that was professional, friendly and reliable. I highly recommend TopTour Portugal and would not hesitate to use their services again on future visits to Portugal. We had an excellent experience with Diogo Ferreira. He picked us up from Lisbon Airport and, just three days later, arranged a transfer to the Algarve on very short notice — we contacted him only 2,5 hours before the trip, and he still made everything possible. Diogo has a wonderful personality, speaks excellent English, and knows everything you could possibly need about Portugal. He is much more than just a driver he is a personal travel guide. We are truly grateful for his help and highly recommend his service.
