Beautiful day spent in the Aeolian Islands. Thanks to Savadori Navigazioni for the splendid mini-cruise. Super professional staff and attentive to the guests' needs. Angela and Mirco are excellent hosts. The islands are beautiful to visit especially in this period of fewer crowds. Everything was wonderfully beautiful. Thank you all!
Splendid day. Punctual, everything clean, very kind staff.
Yesterday, together with my family, we took the Aeolian Islands tour with Savadori and we had a really great time! On board we found a comfortable, welcoming and above all clean environment, with all the necessary services, including a small bar. Unfortunately some of us suffered from seasickness, obviously not their fault, but the staff proved to be super helpful right from the start, trying to help everyone as much as possible and offering support and even some ice. A gesture that demonstrates great quality, empathy and professionalism. Before each stop, the times and what we are going to see are clearly explained, with useful information on what to visit and also tips on where to eat typical and tasty dishes. The times were respected to perfection, which is not a given on a tour of this type. Impeccable service, qualified, professional, and above all, kind and helpful staff. Booking was also very simple: I found the site, contacted an operator, and in no time at all, we organized everything without any problems. A truly positive experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to discover the wonderful Aeolian Islands! ❤️🌊
Beautiful experience The entire crew was kind and helpful. We recommend it to everyone!
I was in Vulcano, leaving from Tropea for a tour of the islands. An absurd heat and in two hours you see absolutely nothing. So we entered the mud bath area. Money wasted. It was already 95 degrees outside, but there, without any internal assistance, it was impossible to find mud among the pebbles under your feet, and so you had to get close to the hot area, and I burned both my hands and feet...horrible! And anyway, getting all dirty is useless if you don't do it for at least a month in a row. For the rest, the black beach is cute, and the hot springs beach is very normal. I think Vulcano should be seen with stays of several nights and not in two hours.
An experience I recommend. Kind and very professional staff. Precision in arrival and departure times. The shuttle service by minibus from the hotel to the port is also excellent. Compliments to everyone.
Kudos to the staff, perfect and approachable. I was worried about my son since the tour lasted 12 hours, but he had a great time and listened carefully to the stories of the island and fell asleep several times on the comfortable seats of the boat. My wife and I were able to enjoy the bar, which was well-stocked. A nice experience.
Excellent experience, courteous, attentive and prepared staff, experienced captain, pleasant atmosphere on board, excellent bar service (I recommend the fresh croissants in the morning). Well-managed tour in terms of timing between the various islands, we even managed to see a small eruption of Stromboli
Staff very punctual, friendly, young, and professional!! Top excursion!
Very nice trip. Attentive and friendly staff, very punctual.
