Estamos muy contentos con que haya disfrutado de este viaje. Vuelva pronto!
Our tour started with a very early pickup from our hostel, but the the long drive was fun and definitely worth the wait. Our first stop was in "Asia", where we had a hearty breakfast to get our day started. We then drove to Ballestas Islands where we took a boat ride and saw amazing marine life and tons of birds and rock formations. There are no words to describe how amazing this was, just seeing all these birds, sea lions, penguins etc doing what they do best. After the boat trip, we got to do some exploring on the shore and the various shops. We then drove to Huacachina, with amazing dessert sand dunes. We took a sand buggy and had the most elamazing experience driving on the sand dunes and even got to a sand board down the dunes... We also got to see the dessert oasis which was indescribable. We explored the dessert oasis as well and the little town. Our next stop was for lunch where we had some traditional Peruvian foods and also had a Pisco Sour tour. So lame strong liquor but worth it. Our tour guide, Agusto, and the drivers were absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend doing this long but once in a life time experience dya trip.
Nice long day trip, best value! Our guide was excellent on this tour being primarily English speakers he helped us with all the information we needed. The first trip which was to the islands provided excellent views of the native birds including penquins and pelicans as well as many seals close up. The second stop, our favorite, was Huacachina, we spent a solid amount of time on a dune buggy with a group and got to sand board down the dunes. So much fun! The Pisco tour was nice but was overshadowed by far from the first two stops. Highly recommend the tour if you are trying to see highlights of this region in short amount of time ie 1 full day.
Ballestas Islands are a great place to see seals, blue boobies and dolphins. There were baby seals and the sounds were amazing. Enjoyed the whole experience.

This tour was great. The drive was long, but we had a great time on all the places we visited. The food was really good. Our guide, Erick Flores, was very nice and informative about the culture, food, the places we visited,... Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend it.

This was an expensive day for what was included. The drive is long, the guide was nice, but not very informative. Basically like a babysitter with no real information about the culture, people, animals, or places we visited. The boats to ballestas island is open air so very cold while under way.
