Description

We left Jaisalmer by Jeep, very authentic and visited abandoned village oasis and a well restored fort. We asked our driver to have a dromedary and no problem we had one on arrival at the edge of the dunes for a short walk and see the setting sun. They then drop us off at the camp made of luxurious tents superb beautiful welcome. Very well organized. Thank you.
We had the chance/ honnor to try the experience proposed by Meri haveli and Fifu, one night under the stars... it was just amazing experience (2nd time for me, 1st for my friend) we reached sand dunes by camel, this is also very funny and comfortable, not too hot because it's happening 2nd half of the day, very pleasant, very calm. Once arrived in the dunes, everything is ready to welcome us, the beds, a chai, very nice and kind people (just 2 lol, it's far enough), we could talk, cook with us, and enjoy the sunset in the dunes... The show is far to be ended, then you can enjoy the moon rise, and the stars who are coming with the night, it's so wonderful... under the blanket, you watch the magic show of mother nature... at the end of th world, in India, that's just... priceless...Mr Shoda is caring for you everytime, he's just wonderful guy The dinner was just so good!!! we had eggplants curry, dhal, rice, and chapatis, alll this, in full desert... I recommend an application which is called skyview (free app), so that you can recognize each star and constellation, their trajectory, compare to horizon line, some planets we can also see: jupiter, venus... I warmly and highly recommend this tour, authentic, nothing touristic here, or not that much, you feel fully in connection with nature... bed is comfortable, sheets, balnkets, pillow, so so good... thks to you guys for those beautiful moments Elodie and Christelle (if needed you can contact me in french)
We had an incredible night in the desert with our children aged 4 and 7. The Fifu team was great. We left our hotel by jeep to move away from Jaisalmer, we visited a fort on the way, an abandoned village and, once in the desert far enough, we reached the camp area on camelback. Our 7 year old was able to have his own (small) camel, he was delighted! His brother rode with me. We ate very well and the children slept in a tent, us under the stars.
